We love this restaurant. It's a great change from the usual pizza-burgers-tacos-spaghetti rotation of most local restaurants. You choose your starch from a variety of noodles and rices, and then you fill three bowls - a large one with veggies; a medium one with meat, seafood, and tofu; and a small one with your choice from the several sauces offered. Ten years of patronage and this place hasn't changed. In a good way! The setup and system is a delight. I love that my entire party can build the exact meal they want, and it's fresh hibachi. I hope they make enough to expand locations, because I've never found a similar business. Their udon noodles are my favorite base.
Vegetarian options: You can fill a second bowl with vegetables in lieu of a protein bowl, which I think is quite accommodating....

Drove almost 30 mins from Flowood to try this place and it was well worth the drive. We used to get Mongolian stirfry all the time in Memphis and the was great. We did come in a little before closing due to traffic but still got pretty good service. I recommend if you’re in the area.
