Should we eat in our cars as homeless people do? Simply paid & ordered for two sandwiches and then received only one. I then spent 5 minutes of my Friday afternoon arguing to get what I paid for. This is a loud example of why KFC is going to be another Kmart & Sears. I hear bankruptcy loud and clear. Will NEVER come here again. Place is a joke run by clowns. By Falicia! Go to Popeyes or just better yet save yourself the stress and not come here. The people working here have no pride or desire to provide good service and correct orders. They simply don't care. Though I don't understand why everyone is always hating on KFC, I can tell you this is legit the best fried chicken I've ever tasted. The biscuits are always warm and ready and it's just great to get if you just need some food for the night.

Yesterday I sent my Brother to get our Mother’s Day dinner at KFC, he ordered a 16 piece chicken meal, which was$49.04, the chicken was old, I called and talked to the manager and he told me to call back tomorrow to talk to head manager since I wanted to wait until Friday or Sunday to come and get it. We will see, from now on if I buy something from anyone and it’s not eatable I’m bringing it back, this has been happening since Covid 19 first appeared, it’s time to get what you pay for, from every place not just KFC.

Every Time I’m At This Clinton Location Day Or Night, The Door Is Always Locked! This Is The Only Restaurant I Know That Is Locking Doors, I Thought This Rule Was Long Gone, But It’s Because They Are Giving Out Bad Food Always, I Plea With Them All The Time.. But 9 Times Out Of 10, It’s Bad Chicken Giving Out, I Was There Tonight, At Around 8:15 Pm 10/18/24,I Called To Ask The Manager, If He Had Fresh Chicken, He Said Yes, I Go There And Get The Chicken, Get Home It’s Like Extra Crispy Not Anything Like Original, I Call Him And He Says, It’s The Oil, I Said It’s Terrible, He Said Ok! I Said I Can’t Eat This, He Didn’t Say I’m Sorry Ma’am, Do You Want a Refund? Or Something Else? Nothing Of The Sort! This Is Unacceptable! This Restaurant Needs The Right Management!!!

On 9/10/24 I ordered online and order was to be ready at7:10,didn’t get served until7:50. I was told to go to the other door for pick up and 10 minutes later no chicken then was told they had w cook the chicken and it would be 9 minutes. Several people received theirs before I did, some had waited longer than I did !

Can’t rate the food I didn’t eat anything. Walked in and was not greeted for 5 minutes and it was at least 100* in the restaurant
First, The door was locked 3 mi uses after opening. I drove to the drive thru and ased if they could open the door so I could come in and order and also use the restroom. The young lady said "No I will get in trouble if I open the door." I said it's opening time and there is no sign saying Drive thru only. She said no I can't open it because our air is not working. So I proceed with my order anyway. She asked me twice about my order and I told her twice "Crispy". When I arrived home it clearly was not Crispy. I guess that's on me for not checking the box.

The counter person was soooo rude. I asked about the 8 pc bucket for $10 and she told me that was only on the app and it was $23 in the store. I asked if I could order it on the app and she said I couldn't do it inside the store I would have to go outside. Then she told me it would be a long wait because their internet only came up once an hour! There was not a soul inside or in the drive thru and only one car in the parking lot which I assume belonged to an employee. This was on a Wednesday afternoon and Hwy 80 and other stores were absolutely packed. They might as well close this store because obviously the staff does NOT want to wait on customers. Pitiful excuse for a human being.
