Look at the Photos! Evidence of poor management! Both Bathrooms broken- where do the employees go?, - dine in area closed off completely & marked off with yellow police tape as not unusable as if it's 2020 Covid period? Why? Should we eat in our cars as homeless people do? Simply paid & ordered for two sandwiches and then received only one. I then spent 5 minutes of my Friday afternoon arguing to get what I paid for. This is a loud example of why KFC is going to be another Kmart & Sears. I hear bankruptcy loud and clear. Will NEVER come here again. Place is a joke run by clowns. By Falicia! Go to Popeyes or just better yet save yourself the stress and not come here. The people working here have no pride or desire to provide good service and correct orders. They simply don't care. Free 8 piece of chicken isn't enough to get me in the parking lot ever again.

Though I don't understand why everyone is always hating on KFC, I can tell you this is legit the best fried chicken I've ever tasted. The biscuits are always warm and ready and it's just great to get if you just need some food for the night.

The lady taking our order did NOT want to be there. She messed up our order 4 times. Their tea was sour and nasty so I asked if I could switch for a water. She gave me a hot bottle of water.

Yesterday I sent my Brother to get our Mother’s Day dinner at KFC, he ordered a 16 piece chicken meal, which was$49.04, the chicken was old, I called and talked to the manager and he told me to call back tomorrow to talk to head manager since I wanted to wait until Friday or Sunday to come and get it. We will see, from now on if I buy something from anyone and it’s not eatable I’m bringing it back, this has been happening since Covid 19 first appeared, it’s time to get what you pay for, from every place not just KFC.

Every Time I’m At This Clinton Location Day Or Night, The Door Is Always Locked! This Is The Only Restaurant I Know That Is Locking Doors, I Thought This Rule Was Long Gone, But It’s Because They Are Giving Out Bad Food Always, I Plea With Them All The Time.. But 9 Times Out Of 10, It’s Bad Chicken Giving Out, I Was There Tonight, At Around 8:15 Pm 10/18/24,I Called To Ask The Manager, If He Had Fresh Chicken, He Said Yes, I Go There And Get The Chicken, Get Home It’s Like Extra Crispy Not Anything Like Original, I Call Him And He Says, It’s The Oil, I Said It’s Terrible, He Said Ok! I Said I Can’t Eat This, He Didn’t Say I’m Sorry Ma’am, Do You Want a Refund? Or Something Else? Nothing Of The Sort! This Is Unacceptable! This Restaurant Needs The Right Management!!!

On 9/10/24 I ordered online and order was to be ready at7:10,didn’t get served until7:50. I was told to go to the other door for pick up and 10 minutes later no chicken then was told they had w cook the chicken and it would be 9 minutes. Several people received theirs before I did, some had waited longer than I did !
