I like kroger but sad to say..issues with getting appointment for covid booster on the app. no help. no appointments available..come to find out, their vaccine expired..also had to call to find out why prescriptions aren't ready.
in the past u recommended kroger pharmacy but going down hill...
I want to thank Tonya in the bakery, I was in a tight spot and needed some cupcakes for Veterans day at the last minute she said don't worry. Well the next day I picked up 24 beautiful red white and blue cupcakes. Thank you so much they were a big hit!

Small order for pickup, no food whatsoever in the order, made earlier this morning. Was told it would be an extra thirty minutes at 5:30, no biggie. Got there thirty minutes later anyway. Then proceeded to wait for an hour, no phone call from the employees. Apparently their system was down but you’d never know because no one communicates with you. I don’t mind if something is down, but please please communicate with your customers!
