Very Rude… I don’t recommend anyone going there; disrespectful to many customers
Small order for pickup, no food whatsoever in the order, made earlier this morning. Was told it would be an extra thirty minutes at 5:30, no biggie. Got there thirty minutes later anyway. Then proceeded to wait for an hour, no phone call from the employees. Apparently their system was down but you’d never know because no one communicates with you. I don’t mind if something is down, but please please communicate with your customers!
Very Rude & disrespectful

Horrible. Last two pork tenderloins I had to throw away. Sorry, but i can't afford to be buying spoiled meat. Finished with Kroger
Great dinner rolls
I want to thank Tonya in the bakery, I was in a tight spot and needed some cupcakes for Veterans day at the last minute she said don't worry. Well the next day I picked up 24 beautiful red white and blue cupcakes. Thank you so much they were a big hit!
Your pharmacy sucks. Staffed with completely incompetent idiots. Never again.

I appreciate my Kroger in Clinton, Mississippi. However, their pharmacy is in trouble. Takes days sometimes before they fill your prescriptions; just yesterday I even had a tech tell me they were three days behind. Later, when I went to pick up my "rushed" order, I went inside because the drive-through line was 10 cars deep, at 8:15 pm. Inside the line was long, too. It was 9:10 before I spoke to a pharmacist tech. Good thing I am a patient man. Something must be fixed. Please.
I do not believe this is due to employee issues, but the lack of the number of employees needed to provide a service in a reasonable time frame. That falls on the fault of managers and upper management. ClickList is supposed to be a convenience. But when your order pick up is postponed by the store due to being behind, then you arrive the following day to pick it up, and you’re waiting there for almost an hour, that’s not convenient. This store seems to only have 3 employees running that dept at any given shift. There’s nothing wrong with expecting your employees to work hard, but there is something wrong with over working your employees and under staffing.
Their meats and seafood
Every person I encountered in this store was rude, from the employee almost running over me with a bundle of baskets to checking out with the cashier. No good morning or nothing. it was very early, but that's no excuse, when you're in a place of business. Spending my hard earned money.
Your remodel is awful. The way you are now placing displays look cheep. I feel like I'm shopping in one of those cheep Independent owned stores that are poorly run. It's also poorly stocked. More often than not the items I need you are either out of or your stock boys haven't bothered to restock them. Example, for 3 days I couldn't get my milk. If you were trying to be more like Walmart you have done a great job. More self check out lanes. I'll be driving out of the city for groceries now too. This is a sign of really poor management and a lack of pride. I'd be embarrassed to say I ran this store.
