They now charging for extra salsa so if you want extra salsa be ready to pay even though it's wrong

Very disappointed when I visited this restaurant yesterday. First off the restaurant was almost completely empty which should've been a sign. We were greeted after standing at the door for at least five minutes. We placed our order cause we already knew what we wanted. The only thing was ok was the chips and salsa. The food was bland and had no flavor, I have ate at this restaurant before and it seems as though the portion sizes are a lot smaller. I ordered the Arizona burrito which had no flavor at all, and my mother ordered a Chile dish that she instantly called the waiter back to explain the food tasted like chemicals, which she exchanged for a tamales, which wasn't any better. The drink also tasted like it had some kind of cleaning agent in it. Definitely wouldn't recommend eating here.

Had a rude. Bartender. After coming here for 10 years this was the worst of the worst. However I spoke with the owner or manager. About the situation. Not even sure if it was taken care of. I strongly suggest. That customer service is very important and hopefully. No one has this kind of problem

I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone expecting to be treated with kindness or care. Was just in there and the manager is a horribly rude person who ignores you and then has the most DISRESPECTFUL attitude when you ask him about it. I was served a drink that was absolutely too sweet after consulting with bartender and telling him I couldn’t handle too much sugar without being sick; he assured me he could make it less sweet so I ordered my drink. I asked to speak to the bartender to see if I could order something else or just get a shot of the spirit included in the margarita. The manager shooed away the server who informed him of the issue and told the bartender not to engage with me. I only got the response of “ I don’t take back drinks” once attempted to check out at the counter because my bartender never returned to even close us out. As someone who lives out of town and makes it a point to come here to support this business everyone I’m home (and I bring my family with me) I cannot and will not be giving this business my money again. Eat here at your own risk..

Horrible customer service, management is horrible everything was old and disgusting. I work in the industry and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to eat here. Very unsanitary my forks wasn’t even clean.

This was literally the worst Mexican I've ever had. The smallest chimichanga I've ever had and the enchiladas was just meat in a tortilla. With dry ground beef. Don't eat here.

Great place to gather with family. I must say the manager was a jerk while we were there. I didn't like the way he talked to the staff. He was very rude.

Last Wednesday (7/17), there was a toothpick-like object in my fajita nachos. It was hidden in the midst of the food. I felt it when I was chewing. I was chewing slowly. Imagine if I was chewing fast or if I had swallowed it. Hopefully, this restaurant notices this and works to avoid it in the future because I like the food.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but today left me no choice. The service was absolutely horrible, they had one waitress for the entire restaurant and our food came out in stages, not the entire meal at one time. My food was so salty I could hardly choke it down and I ate it only because I was starving and had waited forever for food. There was one person‘s meal at our table that was good, she got soup and it had cauliflower in it, kind of weird, but she said it was good. Everything else was horrible. They will shut down soon with that kind of service and food.
