I received a text to do a review on a recent order. I was not going to even complain about not getting what I asked for. I just told the truth and shortly after received weird direct messages from the “Lenny’s” subscriber number or whatever and they begin to gaslight me very unprofessional with their behavior and comments towards customer feedback. Never have I ever. Like who runs that account a kid?

I have been eating here since they first opened up on state street and then moved to clinton.
Love coming here for lunch. Fast and friendly. Will change to 5 stars if I notice they stop playing fox news in here with the volume down. If I have to watch it can they at least turn it up or add some subtitles?! 🤣

I always have a great experience at this location. Jeremy is usually working and is a staple here. The food is Always fresh & the staff knows how to treat the customer. My favorite Philly cheese steak place!
My food is always hot and fresh, the staff is very friendly and efficient and the store is always near and tidy this store is an awesome place to just sit and have lunch or dinner and is even great with takeout orders. My family loves this place keep up the amazing job!!!
