I came to redeem my birthday coupon on 11/23/24 at 1:10 at the MAZZIOS in Clinton,MS the afternoon after my workout. Upon entering eatery immediately was present with an attitude from the cashier (big black girl with tattoos on arms. She didn’t give name nor have a name take that seen). I tried to at least make her smile by stating “ik you don’t want to be here” and she plain as day said “No I DO NOT”.
She proceeded to ask me what I wanted and I said buffet while also stating I had my birthday coupon, I get coupons all the time so it shouldn’t have been an issue. She told me that it “ has to be printed” which in days past all I had to do was present my phone with a clearly stated code for them to typed in. The digital coupon doesn’t state “it has to be printed at all”.
Lastly I just walked out and am currently sitting in the parking lot at 1:20pm doing this review. If you have employees that don’t want to work hire ones that will while of course paying a fair wage.
Hopefully the franchise owner sees this and rectifies the issue. I do know of him and have met him quit a few times while dining in his establishment over the year his multiple locations.

Came here today around 11:00 am pizza was cold look like it was sitting out for a while didn't look fresh at all even though general manager said it was. I spent $30 on the buffet and didn't eat anything. General manager said he couldn't offer a store credit nor refund which something should have been offered if a customer was not pleased with what they payed and didn't even eat anything. This the only mazzios i go to that never had a problem like this me nor my mom we were very surprised and definitely has lost our business. Since i wasn't able to get a refund nor store credit i will be disputing my purchase.

The young lady who took my order was very nice & hospitable. Upon entering the dining area, there were plates left on the table, crumbs, and food on the floor in different areas. We wiped our own table down. The ice machine dispensed mold into my cup & it's around the dispenser area.

Horrible experience two times in a row. We placed an order at 6:22p on a slow night. Only 3 orders were ahead of ours. We didn't receive our food until 7:44p. The kitchen staff is not focused playing games, only one young lady up front truly cared. The manger offered a drink and to sprinkle some seasoning on the fries. Our pizza was cold and it took 40 minutes to cook wings with no other orders ahead of ours. But as they say you get what you pay for.

My server jaden was absolutely amazing, she had the tables cleaned and had my order taken by the first 2-3 minutes. She is 100% responsible and respectful and very sweet. This girl absolutely deserves a raise, I will be coming back just for the service.?

I ordered online for pickup and still waited 15 min. Cinnamon sticks were definitely not what I get in Oklahoma (see picture)no cinnamon or sugar and then they drizzled icing over them?
Buffet style pizza? Empty trays and cold food. Ask for spagetti with meatballs, got spagetti wiith sauce no meatballs.

Delivery service is very good. Very nice person. Dependable. Nice friendly attitude calls me. by name which I like. Very respectful to my dog Bubba. who passed In August 2023.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm just on a walker, but it's nice to know that they have that for people needing a wheelchair.
