While we are grateful that they were open on Christmas we ordered online and it took 2.5 hours. TWO PLUS HOURS. To get out food. Not sure if they were understaffed or just overwhelmed ( it was busy ) but over TWO HOURS to get food is crazy! We would have just left but we were on the inside of the 2 lines and blocked in.
I keep asking for corporate or hr number no response back from management n I also want up there they give me the wrong number! Bad food poor service n bad attitudes not a good place

Worst McDonalds ever! Mobile order can’t get started until you get there because their system supposedly won’t let them see the mobile orders. The only other time I’ve been there I waited 20 mins at 6am for two biscuits and never received because I was going to be late for work!

Curbside pickup wasn't happening when I went, with no warning or messaging. Their TV's were down, which I'm sure wasn't their fault, but the service wasn't making up for it or telling anyone out there what was happening

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Two nights in A ROW I HAVE CAME AND TRIED TO ORDER AND THEY CLAIM THAT THEY SYSTEM IS DOWN . Went next door to Waffle House and came back out and they are taking orders .

I had a very concerning experience at the McDonald’s in Clinton, MS. I found a foreign object food label inside my sandwich — it looked like part of a packaging label that clearly should not have been there. This is a serious food safety issue and raises major concerns about cleanliness and quality control.
I’ve reported the issue to McDonald’s and plan to report it to the local health department as well. I hope this is thoroughly investigated and corrective action is taken to prevent it from happening again. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable from such a well-known brand.
UPDATE: The reply that they’re leaving is automated. You can file a complaint and no one reaches out to follow up. Franchise not only nasty but also unprofessional

Ordered with the app and customized my Quarter Pounder and paid an extra 2.70+tax for the additions I wanted. Only to get home and find out that they didn't give me the extras on my order.
Although the people who were working the windows were pleasant.

Avoid, no self serve drink station so we left and didn’t get anything. They workers were friendly and attentive but the restaurant was dirty
