Lady taking our order thru the drive thru. Not personable at all couldn't understand what she was say she was mumbling when I ask what did you say she was rude & said just pull around. Then our order was wrong.

Service was so slow my delivery with Door Dash got cancelled while waiting for it. . . Employees could have cared less with all of their loud talking and confusion in the preparation area. No organization among the workers; just all over the place and profanity just being used all over the store.

Video on social media showing the freezer is broken, the food isn't safe to eat. I won't eat here again. The other reviews, enough said.
Both bathrooms water everywhere, main door broken, soap broken, and both empty of toilet paper, iced coffees took 25 minutes, that’s all we ordered and the lady didn’t even know how to make it, gave me black coffee with ice in it….. have you ever let a Family Member borrow your car for a day and it’s returned back like someone has trashed it after a month, that’s what this new McDonald’s is like someone is taking something really nice and completely destroyed it, don’t go here if you like McDonald’s, cause you’ll never go to McDonald’s again …

In line as we speak after sitting at the speaker so long that my app code no longer worked. As I got to the window the orange hair woman is on her phone on speaker talking. She tells me my total closed the window walked away. After realizing my receipt came up she came back to give it to me, I then replied no thank you since you was walking away she closed the window and walked away. The gentleman at the window was friendly I asked him where’s the manager he said the woman at the last window”Sir have a nice night”

These stars serve no justice! Line was wrapped so we went inside, young lady working front counter was nice and friendly but lack of knowlege of specials….they forgot my hashbrown and had become very busy however i will never stop there again. No napkins in pickup area nor bathrooms…..
