I LOVE this place! I do only go when Chef Friday is there and he is AMAZING. Very reasonable prices. As someone who lived in Louisiana for years and misses it so much this is the closest I can get to the Cajun food I crave so much.. (crab cakes are my personal favorite)

I came on my lunch break for the first time at this restaurant to try the red beans & rice & I am sooooo disappointed! The beans were very very salty & outside of that had no taste how do u mess up Red beans & rice! I spent 18$ on some out the can beans & cheap sausage!!! Never again, I’m am shook

I just stopped in to get some gumbo and I wanted to try the pasta out. I just got served some Ramen noodles with shrimp in it!!! It had to be,you know how the noodle season pack be so salty you only use half the pack,well the so called pasta was so salty I could only go to bed knowing my blood pressure instantly went through the roof!!! Then it’s called shrimp Alfredo and there was no sauce period just Ramen noodles and shrimp…carrying the Nawlins name that pasta was a disservice!!!! That’s emergency room activity!!!!!!

This place was awesome! We went here for my Nana🐸🍀’s 99th birthday. There was one server and she was an absolute joy. She has amazing work ethic and the food came out fast and it was delicious. It was a beautiful time they even gave her a card for her birthday.

The food was okay but I’ve had better, I just didn’t like the service I received today. The waitress was somewhat rude and didn’t check to see if we needed anything and it took almost an hour for our food to come to us when everybody else including people that came after us have received their food before us. I definitely won’t be coming back

I came in one night when I left work to order some fish because I been craving fish only to get my food it was burnt & fries lord 🤦🏽♀️ they were no better! who tf wants to pay for burnt food? Man fried catfish! Will not be going back especially for fish! I threw my plate away and my money I was pissed off

I had a taste for gumbo for lunch and decided on this location. The gumbo was SUPER salty. It had visible pieces of shrimp and crawfish tails, but the roux looked like a thick, dark, gravy the was greasy/oily. If you have high blood pressure like myself, I'd advise against it. I had to drink a lot of water (24oz) to get the salt taste out of my mouth.
Waitress got redfish dish mixed up with another patron. Brought baked potato out 15 min after entree. Potato unedible...not done. Butter didn't taste like butter. No presentation. Restraunt wasn't busy, so that wasn't problem. Redfish was less than warm. Gumbo and tea were good. Cozy atmosphere. Won't be back...70$ for subpar unacceptable. Waitress blamed order mixup on poor lighting

This place is great. We were traveling through the area and decided to stop here. Everyone was satisfied, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing as well. We ended up staying a bit past close, yet they did not rush us out even though they had closed already. I'm not sure if we will be back in town. However, if we are, we will definitely make this a destination!

First time eating at the restaurant and I must say everything was delicious. It is family oriented. It's clean. The cooks engage with the customers and know their names. Lexus was multi tasking and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was well prepared,presented and worth the money.
