Service was TERRIBLE.. i had to seat myself .then when a waiter finally came to the table i still did not get a menu.. the staff then fully waited a table and did a birthday surprise before they even brought a menu.. no apology for the wait and the waiter was dismissive and no regard for rectifying their short comings.. if I could leave a review without a star I would.. I will NEVER patronize with them ever again

A group of 9 of us visited the CLINTON location. We had to flag down the waitress to get orders taken, and she never even once came back to refill anyone’s drink. Over 2 hours there and not once did she return to see if anyone needed refills. She laid the tickets down on the table and quickly walked away.
Keep in mind..7 people had tea (cost: $3.25)2 people had water.
After all but three members of our party had paid and left, my two sisters and I stayed longer talking. Still no waitress, so I went up to the check-out counter and asked for a drink.. asked her to go ahead and make it to go, and asked for a to-go box while I was there.
We stayed another 25 or so minutes wrapping up and walk to the check out counter to pay. The owner was behind the counter at that point
My older sister paid first and went to the restroom with my other sister while I paid. she looked back and said, “ oh, I forgot to ask.. please get me a tea to-go.” The owner looked at me with my to go plate and drink and said, “You already got a drink.” I informed her it was for my sister, she rudely said, “She already paid and left!” I said, “She did not leave, she went to the restroom and asked me to grab it for her.” She tells me if I want another tea, I have to pay another $3.25. I could not believe it. I told her I wouldn’t even be having to ask for anything to drink to go if our waitress had actually come to the table to refill our cups! The waitress walks up at that point and starts arguing with me .. the owner and her start talking in Spanish. She flat out refused to give me a drink! I told her to forget it I just go down to the corner gas station and buy a drink, but it would come out of the waitresses tip. (Which every single person at the table left her in spite of her service) I told her it was ridiculous to try and charge someone after paying so much for a drink that CAME WITH REFILLS!! By this time, my sisters were walking out of the restroom. I explained what was going on and walked outside. My sister who wanted the drink, approached her and asked for a to go tea and she told her no as well! The owner starts yelling back and forth with the waitress in Spanish and finally gave my sister her tea! My goodness who wants to go through all that!! RIDICULOUS!
It was a horrible experience and I will never be back! Neither will the 8 other people who came with us.
Picante’s, y’all got to do better!! Besides terrible service, the food was yuk! The rice was watery and was supposed to come with cheese on top but didn’t. The fajitas were soooo greasy! And the meat had no flavor. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

This is literally the worst restaurant ever!!! I ordered a taco salad. It was disgusting!!! The meat tasted very cheap, very low quality. The bowl shell tasted like it was fried in old grease. The salad had 1 dam slice of tomato on it. One fork full and I was done. The owner would not replace my food or give me a refund. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!! 0 ACROSS THE BOARD!!!!! Talking about, it looks good. It dam sure was not good. I will never come here again.

I went in to use the ladies bathroom before eating and there was no running water in the bathroom. My husband used the men’s room and guess what? No running water either. So how are the employees washing their hands after using the bathroom? This is disgusting! We immediately left!

They need to work on there customers service in the worst way. On Nov. 14 is a prime example there a lady and a very short man that, didn't want to honor our coupons saying, they were for lunch only. But, we used it last time for our dinner purchase. I think the manager needs to hire waiters who aren't dishonest to, customers. I couple weeks ago I order a combination meal and the meat tasted sour. I'll never eat there ever again. I think the health Inspector needs to visit this, establishment ASAP.
