Food was cold and under cooked. They used door dash to deliver and it took from order to receiving almost an hour. DONE ordering from there.

I needed to contact the store about an issue with a doordash order. I accidentally placed it for pickup, but needed delivery. Doordash couldnt change it, but thats a seperate issue. I was willing to pay any delivery fee or tip for a driver because I am medically unable to drive currently. Doordash tried to contact the store 3 times. I tried their line 5 times and the Pizza Hut customer service line couldn't even get the store to pick up their phones. This is absolutely ridiculous. What kinda of pizza restaurant doesn't answer phones?

I placed an order to have it picked by 6pm...I go in 5 min early and they were boxing my order up then... or so I thought! 2 of my items were ready! When I asked them the first time about the missing pizza.. they stated that it was otw out of the oven! 10 min had passed and still no pizza! I had to ask about my pizza again for them to finally notice that I'm still standing there without my PIZZA! Then another lady stated that she just worked or was working on my pizza! I'm 20 min in... with NO FOOD!

My order is always ready when I arrive. Team members are quick to acknowledge customers when they walk in. Food was hot and fresh.
The store manager acts like the employees are incompetent. She's constantly threatening to replace them with all of the people she constantly hire while not giving the ones on staff hours. She gives out food to her kids and people she knows. She do not give staff the discount they were told they will receive. She is not training her staff effectively. When her boss comes over, she try to make them look bad in front of her. This manager needs training in management, ethics, scheduling, customer service. Management should not hold a position off of who they're related to. They need to be qualified for the position, which she is NOT!!!!!!

I would not recommend this store and especially not delivery orders. I waited over 2hours for my order and I never got it. The store never answered the phone so I can check the status of my order. I ended up having to go inside the store just to cancel the order which could have been resolved through phone if they had answered. No refund was issued and still never received food

Went in after work to order a pizza I saw that the workers were not wearing gloves while preparing people food then saw the guy that was making the pizzas playing with his phone in the processs, now how nasty is that. I wouldn't advise anyone to eat at this location nor any other where workers arent wearing gloves and pay attention if they do, just because you wear gloves doesn't mean you touch everything else with those same gloves on, that's NASTY!

Don’t order later at night, they appear not to care! Very poor quality food and it was left on the ground, out side the garage door in the rain. They never even walked to the front door where the porch lights were on, and the door was opened because we were waiting on them.
