Went in after work to order a pizza I saw that the workers were not wearing gloves while preparing people food then saw the guy that was making the pizzas playing with his phone in the processs, now how nasty is that. I wouldn't advise anyone to eat at this location nor any other where workers arent wearing gloves and pay attention if they do, just because you wear gloves doesn't mean you touch everything else with those same gloves on, that's NASTY!

Don’t order later at night, they appear not to care! Very poor quality food and it was left on the ground, out side the garage door in the rain. They never even walked to the front door where the porch lights were on, and the door was opened because we were waiting on them.

If I could give no star I would. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years due to the decline in quality and decided to give then another chance. I regret it! Pizza lacked sauce and flavor, bread sticks weren’t burnt, and the cinnamon sticks lacked flavor.

If I could give a big fat 0 that's what I would rate the Clinton Ms Pizza Hut. The most unprofessional group of idiots I have ever seen. They wouldn't even bring my carryout order to the car. I waited 30 minutes and when I called inside they kept hanging up the phone. I finally had to go inside only to find my order was sitting right there for an hour now. I told them I wanted a refund and Nobody apologized or said sorry or showed any concern whatsoever. I will Not give them my Business again.I changed my rating because the manager contacted me and was very nice. She apologized and made me feel better, I will give them another chance.

The manager won't answer his phone or respond to emails despite poor quality pizza. he stated that he was going to credit my phone number $14 but no one at the store knows what i am talking about when i tried to place an order with this credit. This place will just take your money and give you the LOWEST quality pizza and customer service. ruins the name of pizza hut. I used to love pizza hut but not anymore because of this specific pizza hut. giving it a one star to have this review published but honestly deserves NO stars.

Someone needs some serious training. Ordered a pizza at 9:20 pm, 40 minutes before they were scheduled to close. The Door Dash driver texts us shortly after saying our order had been cancelled. He said he was outside of the Pizza Hut and the doors were locked. We called Pizza Hut and they stated that they were closed and the driver never showed so they cancelled the order, but at that point, wouldn't the order have already been made? The driver was on the phone telling us he was outside. We were just trying to figure out where the miscommunication was when the woman on the phone just hung up on us. It seems that Pizza Hut just cancelled our order and lied.

Pizzas came delivered completely squished onto the sides of the boxes. I paid well over 40 dollars for the order and it came to me in that condition? I don't know if it was the staff or the fact that the store used Door Dash, but fix your delivery service. I'll be using other pizza chains from now on.

Order had to be re-done after it was posted that it was ready, and nobody knew why. Someone had to have made the decision that the order had to be re-done, but everyone asked, said "I don't know".
