I have 4 stars because they never have the Blackens tenders. It’s on the menu but idk if they just don’t want to make them or never have them. I always have to drive to Jackson just to get them.

This is the best popeyes around, everything is always hot and fresh I never have a problem a lot of people should come to this location more often I never have a problem. Always nice store stay clean great job team members and managers

2 piece white meat was cold!!! Large red beans and rice was more rice and COLD!!! Biscuit was cold, cold, cold!!!!!!! This was a drive thru order on 7/22 @ 3:52pm. Must have been leftovers from lunch. AWFUL!!!!!

Everyone o go to this Popeyes it’s an issue. They have bad attitudes and 9 times out of 10 you order is wrong. No only that, the chicken is rarely fresh.
I placed an online order of 3 peices chicken for pickup. I went inside the restaurant to pickup and verify my order. I had to wait for about 5 minutes and I said 3 times, make sure that the chicken is spicy. After receiving the order, I asked, are you sure it is spicy? I was told nicely, it is spicy.
When I served my husband, who needed to eat to take meds, none of the pieces were spicy. This is the 2nd time in my last 2 orders that this had happened.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at drive-thru. Upon placing my order, I encountered an employee named Anachierrah who was extremely rude and unprofessional.
She claimed she couldn’t hear me through the intercom, although I was speaking loudly and clearly. I made every effort to communicate respectfully, yet she responded with an attitude that made it seem like she didn’t want to assist me at all. Due to the communication issues, I pulled up to the window to place my order directly but unfortunately, her demeanor remained just as hostile.
She did not greet me, thank me, or offer any form of customer service. Her behavior made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected, to the point that I became concerned about the safety of my food. Her attitude was aggressive and confrontational not at all what I would expect from someone working in customer service.
To make matters worse, I was asked to pull forward and wait, only to receive cold and stale food. On top of that, I was missing an item and had to go inside the restaurant to retrieve it.
I truly hope this matter is taken seriously. No customer should be made to feel disrespected, unsafe, or mistreated in this way. I ask that proper action be taken to address this behavior and ensure future guests are treated with kindness and professionalism.

Went for lunch the other day after getting off of work-lady had an attitude at the speaker drive thru, and coming to the window-huffing and puffing having to put down her phone, which they weren’t even busy, there was no line; they heard my order wrong after multiple repeatings and proceeded to argue and wouldn’t let me get what I actually ordered in the first place. I wish I could leave ZERO stars. Needs new staff IMMEDIATELY. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in Clinton.
Would’ve gladly settled for the order they got wrong but the awful attitudes and service ultimately made me drive off.
Please hire staff with better attitudes and customer service that is actually worth paying them for the job they signed up for.

I couldn’t have picked a worst Popeyes to go through. We tried to order two number twos which is the ghost pepper sandwich, we repeated the order several times she eventually understood or so we thought. We went to the window asked if it was the ghost pepper sandwichs, and they said that’s not what we ordered. They proceeded to argue with us, so I don’t recommend coming here the service and professionalism is nonexistent and they will literally argue over what you tried to order. I’d give zero stars if I could because the women literally had an attitude as soon as we drove up and we could hear her arguing with a different customer. I don’t know what her name was all I know was that she was a big lady. So needless to say if I was the owner of this restaurant I would look at getting better staff, or just shut it down.
