I came for the pickled glazed wings & the drive thru guy handed me the chicken nuggets with the honest glazed sauce on it! Yea, im kinda upset cause i came to get these wings 3 times today & i know for a fact those aren’t the honey glazed wings!!!! that’s what I told him, he went got it right after I confronted him smh nice restaurant so I’ll give 3 stars but fix this pls! I patronize this business frequently pls give the ppl what they ask for instead of tryna run game on them!

The guy that took our order very friendly! Restaurant clean. The ghost pepper wings were nasty. I knew I wouldn't like them. I don't know if they were too old or what but never again! Very disappointed because I'm from Georgia and the Popeyes in our area closed down. I thought I would finally get goodness 😩

The close 45 minutes early before closing time been seating in the drive through for 30 minutes no answer

Would give a negative -0 if I could. Horrible! Unfortunately bad experience for dinner. No spicy chicken, no dirty rice, no diet soda/ had unsweetened tea but no sugar substitute. I’m diabetic. Employee extremely rude- told me to drink water! Nasty inside, floor so greasy and slippery.

I did a online order at 9:00 and when I got to the window at 9:39 my stuff wasn’t ready and they told me I had to wait 30 minutes not only that they had to cook it but still didn’t have me no spicy chicken and the manager let them do what they want to do in there I’m pissed off cause they don’t want to work or make the stuff right but I will be calling Conan’s sending pictures too cause yall wrong in every way and then tell me they don’t have spicy but tell the guy that was behind us they had 4 pieces of spicy left so I feel real disrespected after that and then they wouldn’t refund my money cause I don’t want the shit after they did that

i really wish i could give my them 0 stars. they constantly have attitudes and mess up orders 90% of the time. they are out of practically everything 100% of the time. these people don’t know what customer service is at all

I went for the 5 dollar box the Big Manger with the braids told me I couldn’t pick my pieces but I didn’t see a sign that said that . So I got my money back them are some rude people there and all they do is play and the manager let them . One young lady talking her belly ring while I’m trying to place my order.

If I could, I would place no stars! The male manager has an attitude of a female on her cycle! There was no reason as to why my food was wrong after going through the drive thru and back on the inside for a remake. The little teenagers also have the worst attitudes and can care less about the customers! Yall need to get a NEW STAFF/MANAGERS cause the people staffed now, simply does not care! YALL won’t be getting MY FUNDS AGAIN!! The attitudes yall have, belong in City gear and City Trends 🙄🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱👍🏽

It's one thing to totally mess an order up but then to have poor customer service on top of it that ain't business. Two same girls have the worst attitude Everytime. I will no longer be going to this location.

Do not go here if you're looking for great customer service. You will not find it here. I was there on 11/17/2024 @120pm. I didn't get my food until 139pm, WITH NO explanation of what I was waiting on. But five customers that came in after me, received their orders before I did. I think because my order was online, they assumed it was a door dash order instead of a personal order. Never again. The 2 ladies with the gray shirts on, didn't seem to care that the spicy bin was completely empty. Another customer had to come back in from the drive thru because she had 2 large red beans that wasted in the bag, because the lids were not closed. But the cashier was the worst. I think her cell phone was more important than paying attention to the front counter. My order was at the Clinton, Ms. location.
