Buffet cost is to high for a senior citizen. Bacon deep fried, grits runny but taste ok. French toast cold. Servers un caring. Dud order over easy eggs, eggs were just like I like. Hit and miss, very few eaters

Buffet was good enough, plenty to eat. Could have used some dessert selections. Great server, very pleasant. Place was really run down, parking lot almost so bad you can't drive in it.

NO!!!!! If I could give it a 0 I would. You have to go across the street to the gas station to use the restroom. Should have checked the restroom before we sat down to eat. May have given us some indication of the entire experience.

Just visited a day ago. My waitress was really nice. Visited breakfast buffet and was very upset because it was 10:30am and they ran out of french toast sticks. I asked if I could get some more since I had 30min to eat. I had to ask a couple of times, I was told each time they were being prepared, they actually started lunch then I was told I couldn't get them but another customer was getting breakfast cooked for her and my waitress told me I couldn't get anything else. After another attempt I got them as I was checking out. The other customer I watched as she was putting food in a plastic bag while her waitress continued to bring her food. The attitudes got high just because I asked for French toast sticks, didn't really care about the other customer. I live in Clinton and I wont be returning.

It's been years since I've eaten at a Shoney's restaurant. I was a little disappointed with today's visit. Everyone that I talked to was very nice. The server was polite but untrained. The food was lacking. It was OK but even by buffet standards the food was a little unappealing and largely tasteless. I got the impression that Shoney's is merely coasting along. The parking lot was full of potholes, the restaurant interior was clean but tired looking. Shoney's badly needs a makeover and new marketing. I've always liked Shoney's in the past. Today. Not so much.

I have been eating at Shoney's for over 20 yrs. Until the parking lot is properly repair (will never eat there again, there are so many holes that it is tearing my truck up. I know people that feel the same way, fix or close Shoneys Down
The food on the buffet was cold not even worth eating the restaurant smelt like mold and mildew. The food ordered off the menu was nasty the waiter Lagarrey was very nice and polite. Restaurant is not worth going to.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I got to say their service is always awesome and they keep the spot well kept consistently. Rates are reasonable and they serve large portions.

Food was gross not satisfied at all. Staff is friendly. They were out of everything we asked for. Country fried steak tasted like it was frozen like freezer burnt. I don’t think we will be back. Plus we were the only ones in the restaurant.

Coffee and waitress was great. The parking lot has huge pot holes, the springs are coming out of the booth seats and the food was barely warm with the strawberry shortcakes being stale.
