Do not order here at night! It’s really good during the day and the staff is nice. But over and over and over again, I order from here at night and they get my stuff wrong. It’s thrown together, cold, and most importantly incorrect!! You guys need to do better! I understand it’s late and everyone is ready to get home but as someone who is just getting off work myself and looking for a quick meal, this is so frustrating. Please do better.

Don’t bother coming in after 10, they’ll either forget your online order, mess it up, or close down half the kitchen early which is really a shame because the quality of food is good but the problem is the service, the only problem I’ve had with the quality of food is that if you order a blast while they’re busy it will come out melty.
Wish more than anything I could leave no stars it doesn’t even deserve the one. Worst place ever!!! Every time I go it takes forever to get food. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger and tots with ketchup. When I got my order, I only got half tots and two tiny containers with a couple of drops of ketchup in them. What am I supposed to do with that?!?! This place needs to be shut down or start holding your employees accountable instead of allowing it to continue!!!! The one on 80 is way better because they actually do their job!! And the guy who handed me my food just shoved it at me and as polite as I was saying thank you he just stared at me and then walked away. WTH if you can’t do your job or at least try then don’t get one!! I won’t be back!

Went there today and everytime i order a blast with hot fudge in it. never once do i receive it yet i pay for it and ive already driven home by the time i realize. i went back and complained once and watched them laugh at me while remaking it

It’s sad because a lot of times I have good experiences here when certain people are working but more and more lately I’m having to remind them I have a mobile order (that I have already checked in for) and I still see people pull up and pull away having gotten their stuff before me. I left without my food today because who has time to sit there and wait 30 minutes for an order when I’m one of like two people there total??? This has been my sonic for years but I refuse to deal with this any longer.
