The best Sonic I’ve been to, the staff is professional, fast, and friendly. The food is always cooked well and my orders are always right.

Don’t bother ordering online they will refuse to give you what you order and try to charge you more for food you have already paid for. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Getting a racial slur thrown in my face after asking for my food to be right?

Placed order in drive though (only way provided to order) and workers completely missed the mark. Circled back through to ask for incorrect items to be corrected and to be given items not presented the first time through. Upon asking for items to be corrected employees stated, “ man, white folks…” ABSOLUTE WORST experience and do not recommend this location to anybody.

You asked for more details. Slow service, lack of interest in the customer, and ridiculous prices. Four corndogs and two onion rings were $18 and change. $2.75 each for corndogs. Frozen out of a box. Waited 20 minutes for that.
Left went to Dollar Tree, got a box of 6 corndogs and a bag of Nathan's onion rings 4 bags of chips, a bottle of ketchup, and a mr goodbye for $17. Kids were happy and I had chocolate. $2.75 for a hotdog on a stick. Whatever.

We do not eat fast food very often because we are usually disappointed with the service and food. When we want Sonic we bypass the Sonic on Clinton Blvd to go to this one on HWY 80 because they usually screw up our order. Today we were reminded why we do that. The service was excellent, they got our order right and it was very good. Thank you to the awesome lady that took our rather large order and got it right! We are truly grateful!

They now have a limit on picante sauce. 2 per burrito so just go to another location.

Dirt poor homesteader

Stingy as hell with toppings on the sonic blasts even when I paid extra to add toppings.

Visited this location 3/9/24 @ 17:40 p.m every . table inside is dirty. Employees are not wearing provided gloves while making food orders. Lastly I ordered two sonic blasts (1) Oreo with extra Oreo it was made wrong after I confirmed 2x and (1) heath with extra heath (it was right). This location is going down hill. Mr. McLain needs to find management that cares about his interest and ROI bc apparently these employees do not.
