I would try somewhere else. After we placed our order, we were told certain items weren’t available. They could of told us that during the order and it would of made things much easier. Also the access road is blocked off and it’s hard to get to. Service was slow.

Everything was excellent today per usual, the staff was fast, my order was right, they got everything I ordered out in a timely manner even though they were semi busy. I got the Honey Citrus Mint Tea with 1 pump Peppermint Syrup with a warm message on the cup, a Cinnamon Pull Apart, And a Cranberry Bliss Bar for my husband, my daughter got her a Polar Bear Cake Pop and her favorite Vanilla Bean Crème Frappe with 1 Pump White Mocha and Heavy Cream(her Starbucks Milkshake as she calls it, as you can see she enjoyed it lol)

I love Starbucks! Any time I want some good coffee or a Frappuccino I choose Starbucks. They have great sandwiches as well! I always come to this location, because they have great customer service and I’ve never had a problem with my orders. They have the best store manager and staff. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location!

Firstly, do not pull into this location if you have a trailer. This location is tucked into a corner and there is no turning around in their tiny parking lot or making it through their drive through.
Service was slow, it is a shame that some locations like this fall completely short of the experience one would expect from the chain. Owners/leadership should take a good look at what is happening at this location and fix it.

The past several times I ordered on the AP I had to wait after arriving for my order. Either the coffee is ready and the food is not or the opposite. The staff is not concerned at all. The purpose in ordering ahead of time is to not have to wait. This is by far the worst location in the area. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.
