The customer service from employee Taylor was very nasty and rude. She rushed me, got smart, and was very rude overall.
The food is always excellent but the service for ordering online is not they got my order wrong and won’t answer the phone. My sandwich is cold and not even cut!! 🧐 no chips or drink

We were here June 30th at 6:45 PM. The two ladies who served us were stopping what they were doing to talk. One of them sassed my wife when she asked if they had an ingredient that wasn't visible. The same one was texting with her phone to her face while at the register. The food was slightly below average for this chain, but the service was unacceptably poor, and the actions of the two staff communicate that their chatting and texting is more important than performing tasks for which they are paid.

I am here right now and just ordered my usual 6 inch steak with a $3.99 coupon and asked the manager to cut it once more and she declined. I have continuously supported this establishment despite being treated horribly only by the manager. I decided on a scoop of tuna just to purchase something. Please send the manager to training as to be kind to each of her customers. My last visit on Wednesday of this week went without incident because she was outside chasing a man in an F150 around the trunk. I have addressed a similar issue to the owner’s about my service once before to no avail. Gender biased manager.

Food quality has declined! Staff seem to just throw your sandwich together now. Recently went in and got a Meatball Marinara and I did not get the full serving of protein. On top of that 2 of the meatball were visually burned!!! The worker continued with making the sandwich. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause a scene but I knew I will not be returning. Something has to be done this is the second time I hv been this way. The younger staff are too busy playing and joking around to produce quality work.

I placed an online order on Sept. 28 for 3 footlong cold cut combos that I needed for a function the next day. The only items I requested on the sandwiches was lettuce, tomato, American cheese, and salt and pepper. I didn't order any condiments on them because I planned on allowing folks to dress their sandwiches as they wished at the function. I also ordered a fully-dressed 6-inch that I planned to eat that evening for dinner. I picked up my order and went home. When I unwrapped the footlongs (I was going to cut them into small sections and wrap them for the function), the bread was completely soggy. As I inspected the sandwiches, I realized they had put all the ingredients I ordered for my personal 6-inch (including a ton of vinegar and other ingredients I didn't request) on the footlongs. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. Seems like the manager on duty would have been able to assist me, but I was told I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone about a refund until the next morning. I left my name and number so they could contact me. I heard nothing. Called back again and got the same "manager isn't here" response. I left my information again and was told they were immediately texting the manager my contact information. It is now October 2, and the situation has not been resolved. DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS AT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. If you can't go to the restaurant and watch them make your order like a hawk, find someplace else to eat. I will never go back. Nearly $30 wasted and I had to go to my function embarrassingly empty-handed.

I placed an order for my church on 6/29/23 for a special program we were having. Employee Takaya greeted me with a smile sat with me and took my order. She was very pleasant, helpful, patient, and didn’t rush me through the process. 5 Stars for Takaya! You made the experience worth while for me, Thank you!
