I usually only leave reviews when I have a negative experience, but this is one of the best fast food restaurants here in Jackson MS! They are kind and the food seems like it's quality and made well, which is odd for Tacobell in general! Thank you for the great experience, not once, but twice now!!!

This is probably the best Taco Bell location in the Jackson area if not all of Mississippi. I have been here plenty of times and never had a bad experience.

Look at the photos I added. At least two of the sodas were only syrup. My friend wanted the green one it was all syrup, I wanted a cherry Pepsi it was only syrup. Now the food was good and the lady was super nice. But the store is kinda run down and they obviously do not care at all about the drink machine. All in all it was ok but I remember when taco bell was a modern restaurant. It seems those days are gone. I've been to two different ones in the past couple months and both times I've been disappointed. See my review on the other one. It was terrible. This one was ok just ran down

The people were friendly and polite. However, 1) I wasn't given the Supreme Quesadilla I ordered and paid for.2) I didn't get the Pico de guyo I ordered and was charged for. 3) I didn't get the lettuce requested when I said, "extra everything except tomatoes." 4) I was charged $0.70 for the extremely small container of quacamole'. 5) NOT one of my three chicken Supreme soft shell tacos were Supreme. 6) None of my order had EXTRA cheese which was expected when I asked for EXTRA EVERYTHING. In fact there was barely any cheese visible on any of my order. 7)They did put a dollop of sour cream at the/one end side of each taco. Utterly disappointed with what I ended up with after craving that meal for days. If I could rate the meal "0", that's what the rating would be. My daughter was less than satisfied with her nacho bell grande and the dorito tacos she received that were supposed to be Supreme beef dorito tacos but were plain chicken dorito tacos.
I used to love coming here. I asked for a cup for water. I guess that’s a no no. I wasn’t aware. I spent close to 9$ on my meal. Cashier turned to manager and they said something about me and giving water to customers. Either give me the cup or say it’s against policy and don’t. Don’t do it half heartedly and then talk crap. The manager ( older black lady ) has worked here for years and I have never had an issue with this place. Won’t be back.

It's a 50 shot whether you get your order right. I stopped going to this location because the last time I went my order was completely wrong. Don't go here not worth the headache. Used to be good.
