This happened tonight 11/2725 around 7:20-7:30….. Driving through this town , we had been driving for 14 hours and wanted to grab something quick to eat. We pulled up to the speaker and one girl answered and was nice and said we could take a minute to look at the menu and order, wasn’t 30 seconds later another girl got on the screen and kept asking to order and rushing us to order. Then when we did order she would not answer or would with a bad attitude and wouldn’t listen. And kept popping off when we asked for certain things or questions to know? Then when we got to the window she instantly ask for the card and grabbed it we said thank you and she looked away and then she asked us what sauce after asking a few times we answered and we said what we wanted to huffed with an attitude. we would’ve let it go but the whole time she was very rude and acted annoyed and did not want to take our order much less any one else’s. You can even see her face below she looked like this any time she spoke. This was about 10 mins ago!

I stopped going to Taco Bell ages ago. I only went for the limeade. That was discontinued. I had stopped all fast foods before that. Sorry Taco Bell but your food along with McD, BK, the frosty place, and all the others are horribly unhealthy.

This taco bell is alright but not the greatest, you can tell it gets some issues especially with there maintenance of the building and the grass was not cut and employees were not friendly and I really dont recommend this taco bell, I think it sucks and there is other better places than this crappie taco bell

Workers didn't give the amount of sauce selected on online orders and they didn't give more when we asked for the proper amount. Food isn't consistent throughout the burritos and from burrito to burrito (like a bunch of dry rice in half the burrito and the other half just refried beans).

I usually only leave reviews when I have a negative experience, but this is one of the best fast food restaurants here in Jackson MS! They are kind and the food seems like it's quality and made well, which is odd for Tacobell in general! Thank you for the great experience, not once, but twice now!!!

This is probably the best Taco Bell location in the Jackson area if not all of Mississippi. I have been here plenty of times and never had a bad experience.

Look at the photos I added. At least two of the sodas were only syrup. My friend wanted the green one it was all syrup, I wanted a cherry Pepsi it was only syrup. Now the food was good and the lady was super nice. But the store is kinda run down and they obviously do not care at all about the drink machine. All in all it was ok but I remember when taco bell was a modern restaurant. It seems those days are gone. I've been to two different ones in the past couple months and both times I've been disappointed. See my review on the other one. It was terrible. This one was ok just ran down
