I recommend Takara, but there’s NOTHING spicy about the Spicy Lover Roll. Not even a hint of spice! Never again. I’ll just stick with the Tuna Tataki.
Food was great today. Very fresh and steak very tender. Got shrimp udon noodles and my husband had steak, shrimp, and chicken hibachi. Also got the California roll and some edamame. It did not take long to get our order. We also got to see Home Alone on the TV with no commercials. The statf were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back!!!
It was so good to see the restaurant open!
Disappointed that the items that made Takara special, or different from the other hibachi/sushi restaurants that you pass in Clinton, are no longer on the menu. The quality of the sushi, I thought was better at Takara. The chicken hibachi, not quite as good. It’ll come down to how expensive is gas, or is the drive with it.
Don’t go expecting the Binto Box.
