Hard to mess up Waffle House…. But they did it. Took forever for waitress to take drink order. Took forever to order food. Food trickled out to our table of two. One order was 1 hashbrown and 1 waffle with chocolate chips. They were out of chocolate chips, and finally brought out a waffle about 15 minutes after the hashbrowns. The 2nd order was an all star special. Never got the waffle after reminding her 2 times. Never got drinks refilled. Other guests were getting the same treatment. This was on a slow Sunday night. If I were the owner, I’d be pissed off!!

I have always had a good experience here up until tonight. Service was HORRIBLE. The staff was playing LOUDDDD music. There were 2 tables near us that were extremely obnoxious and loud. It was clear they knew the server that we had. I can't even accurately describe how bad the food was. The grits were like soup and eggs weren't even cooked all the way

I go to Waffle House two time out of two weeks and they always getting something wrong but this morning I come home grits watery and my waffle had eggshells all through it this my last time going there bc u can’t call them anymore only place to go orders and go up there this is crazy now I can’t enjoy my food anymore I could’ve chocked on that do better Waffle House
