I did a mobile order and my order still came out wrong. I ordered a bacon and cheese muffin sandwich and a sausage, cheese, and egg muffin. Instead I got two sausage and cheese muffin sandwiches without egg.

Person working the windo has no people skills. When giving change they are careless, if it falls on the ground , they don't care and won't apologize.

I hate the service from wendy’s in clinton , the service is so slow like it’s horrible . My Burger was extremely cold my child nuggets were also cold . Then the cashier can barely count how do you short me of $5. The service is just so poor that’s the main problem . The place can be better everyone isn’t the problem it’s just certain people. I am a firm believer that if wendy’s hire the right person to get this place in a little order it’ll be at least a 3 star. But from my experience it’s maybe just maybe a half star . Still upset that my food was cold and they tried keeping my money Mississippi has become one hell of a place.

Miss Kayla the manager told me today that her scanner didn’t work so I would had to pay full price for my food . Highly upset. I always use my Wendy’s app .
So I said okay I just pay full price. I asked her could she print me a receipt, well she said that didn’t work either so NO.
You gotta be kidding me right??? I just pulled off. What a waste of 15 min in the drive thru waiting I may add .

everytime i go it’s always that lady with the little pony tail and glasses that have a stank attitude. need better management and im tired of them kids always having attitudes FOR NOTHING 😭 why yall so miserable ??
