So I've been going here for years. But the service has really gotten a bit disappointing. I paid $60 dollars for my food and I just knew this time they were going to make sure everything that was ordered was in the bag. So I sent my husband and of course I was missing what I really wanted. Can yall get it together? I started to call the owner but I saw the employees were young so I figured giving a review may get them to get it together. Food is still good but service can make or break a business.

My son placed a pick up order at 8pm got there at 820-830 waited over two hours for his food asked them multiple times if it was ready and other people who had gotten there after him were getting their food before he was he got his food at 10:45 drove home and opened the bag for his order to be completely wrong tried calling over and over with the phone saying no one was available each call INSANE how much they do not care about their customers

Service is horrible. Cashier had an attitude as if she was doing the customers a favor! When I found pieces of Styrofoam cup in my drink, she poured it into another cup and offered it back to me! That's nasty! I refused it. Fries were cold and stale. I am fed up paying for bad service!

The service at this locations is horrible! I don’t under what’s so hard about reading an order and putting all the times purchased in the bag! This is the second week in a row I have wasted $30 and I will NOT be back. I wanted to give it another try since I live even further from other locations! The employees have attitudes when you address your concerns especially when you tell them you order online! I live 30 minutes away and get home and half of my order is missing and when you call the line just rings and rings. This location wasn’t always like this!
