Service is horrible. Cashier had an attitude as if she was doing the customers a favor! When I found pieces of Styrofoam cup in my drink, she poured it into another cup and offered it back to me! That's nasty! I refused it. Fries were cold and stale. I am fed up paying for bad service!

The service at this locations is horrible! I don’t under what’s so hard about reading an order and putting all the times purchased in the bag! This is the second week in a row I have wasted $30 and I will NOT be back. I wanted to give it another try since I live even further from other locations! The employees have attitudes when you address your concerns especially when you tell them you order online! I live 30 minutes away and get home and half of my order is missing and when you call the line just rings and rings. This location wasn’t always like this!

I always order from here this use to be my favorite spot the last 2x I ordered combos I never get my fries and I never notice until I get home check your food before ordering from here food is already expensive to not make sure customers get all of there food!!!

The service was unacceptable. I ordered boneless mild wings and the sauce didn’t taste right. So I requested an exchange for something else. The cashier went to the kitchen manager and told them what I said and the kitchen manager said “ She got what she got” with an attitude. So the cashier came back and told me I couldn’t exchange. So i said okay that’s fine well can I get a refund and the manager said we do not authorize refunds. The whole service was very uncalled for, why work if you don’t want to do your job?

Woman (no name tag, bluish hair at the ends) working at 12pm on Sunday September 22nd screamed at a woman for leaving her drink on the counter and not in a way to get her attention she screamed at her like she was stupid and then continued to talk to her that way as the woman was picking up a door dash order. Clinton, ms store is full of thieves. I requested a refund and the shift leader "Joey" told me he couldn't give it to me in cash. However on my refund receipt it said cash. But He insisted it would be refunded to my debit card. So I left the store with no food and no refund. It has been 17 days and no refund as of yet. I've been to the store several times to request my refund and each time I'm given the Run around. I've even asked for corporate number and no one at this location seems to have contact outside of the shift leaders in store. This company doesnt care about quality food nor customer service. I believe the staff to be dishonest and thieves.
