This is the most disgusting despicable place to even call a fast food restaurant. First there was nothing fast about it. Nijah, the customer service person if you can even call her that since nothing about her indicated a helpful person AT ALL, couldn’t get the code to work. Didn’t tell me this and decided to just assume I no longer wanted the food (but didn’t say this to me). She didn’t get me my whole order and I realized this when I checked the bag. No apology, no food that was given to me when they didn’t get my whole order….. nothing. The manager was also not helpful. This is a poor excuse for a Burger King and the owner should be ashamed of this place. It was dirty, the workers are filth and the food was missing and lacking.

I absolutely cannot believe they sent this food out to a customer. Burger King should be ashamed and embarrassed for this location. So disgusting. The mayonnaise was even on the outside of the wrapper which tells me the staff do not change their gloves. If you are driving in this area AVOID this location. Go a few minutes down the road to Magee. Service and staff are way more friendly and food is properly served. Don’t waste your money like I did in Collins.

Pulled up to the window and took a couple mins for someone to answer even though no one was in line (should have taken that as a sign) finally got to order pulled up to the window after waiting for a bit she finally took our money and gave us our food. A couple hours later, food poisoning. I can honestly look past rude staff because hey not everyone likes people but i draw the line when i am at deaths door over a burger.

Honestly, I don’t know how this place stays in business. The staff are nasty and rude. Many people left after ordering because the wait was too long. The food looked old and messy. Don’t waste your time.
Today is nov 13th 2024. I went to Collins Ms burger King at around 7 pm the doors were closed . Employees inside saw us but never acted like they did . Went to drive threw no one taking an order. Went to window and knocked and the man said they were still open. I ask why the doors were locked , he said they only had 3 people working. I go there often and only 3 people are working most times at night. They took my order and I ordered 2 whopper meals, no onion, no pickles, and no mayo and stressed my husband was allergic. I also ordered the $1.00 whopper off my app and paid with my credit card. I also stressed to the man helping me order no mayo, pickles or onion. We are almost 30 miles from Butger King and when we got home there was not just a little may but a large amount on all 3 burgers. The onion rings and fries were cold and hard and the drinks had very little ice in them. I called to let them know I would return back there and wanted my money back or order replaced . The man wouldn't give me his name was asking someone if he put may on them I ask if he wanted me to send him a photo of all 3 by text . His comment send it to burger King and we were disconnected or he hung up. Huddle house has already closed down in Collins and if the owner if this Burger King don't do something about their workers this place will fold soon too. A lot of places are in Collins to eat and they need to know this treatment is very bad for their business!

Went thru drive-thru. Could see inside through the windows. There was 1 possible customer. They asked us to "pull up"". We actually sat there 15 minutes & I was about to go inside when they finally FINALLY brought the order out. (I ordered a Whopper & cheese tots. Nothing hard). They were so unfriendly when they took the order & almost threw the bag in the car like she couldn't wait to get back in her empty restaurant. This is not the 1st time I've been upset at that store. But, that was several years ago & I thought it surely would have changed. I was wrong.

Went thru drive thru, food wasn't even warm. Crossantwich was cold and hard. The tots seemed either over cooked or old. If I could I'd give them zero stars. People seemed like they didn't want to work. Never stopping at this one again.
