If I wad the manager there, I would be very embarrassed. Food was just ok. Wouldn't hurt to fill the coffee cup up. I believe they add Sprite to the mop bucket just to make sure the floor stays stickier than a movie theater. Wasn't busy at all, clean the tables. Sprite needed a syrup change. I'm guessing they used it on the floor. The windows looked like they were last cleaned in 2008.

Was passing through on our way to texas from florida and the night crew on monday 12/22 was phenomenal! Took great care of us and did so with a smile! Food was fresh and delicious! In a crazy world its the small that make a difference and we truly appreciated it!

This is the most disgusting despicable place to even call a fast food restaurant. First there was nothing fast about it. Nijah, the customer service person if you can even call her that since nothing about her indicated a helpful person AT ALL, couldn’t get the code to work. Didn’t tell me this and decided to just assume I no longer wanted the food (but didn’t say this to me). She didn’t get me my whole order and I realized this when I checked the bag. No apology, no food that was given to me when they didn’t get my whole order….. nothing. The manager was also not helpful. This is a poor excuse for a Burger King and the owner should be ashamed of this place. It was dirty, the workers are filth and the food was missing and lacking.

This use to be a great fast food restaurant, but it has went down hill. The burgers don't test the same as it did before 2020.
I absolutely cannot believe they sent this food out to a customer. Burger King should be ashamed and embarrassed for this location. So disgusting. The mayonnaise was even on the outside of the wrapper which tells me the staff do not change their gloves. If you are driving in this area AVOID this location. Go a few minutes down the road to Magee. Service and staff are way more friendly and food is properly served. Don’t waste your money like I did in Collins.

Pulled up to the window and took a couple mins for someone to answer even though no one was in line (should have taken that as a sign) finally got to order pulled up to the window after waiting for a bit she finally took our money and gave us our food. A couple hours later, food poisoning. I can honestly look past rude staff because hey not everyone likes people but i draw the line when i am at deaths door over a burger.
