Country Hix Boudin and Cracklins

Some of the best pork crackling I've put in my mouth, great little place all the food is great. We stop every time we go by.

The food here is GREAT. A friend told me about it and it did not disappoint. The chicken cracklings ( yummy), pepper jack bondin balls, chicken tenders are all excellent. The service is great and friendly. Everything is neat and clean. Stop by there every time I go to Jackson.

Just stopped and got 5 pounds of boudin and grabbed a bag of fresh cracklings. If the boudin is as good as the cracklings I may have found my new boudin location

This place is awesome. Best place in Collin’s area to eat at. Food is delicious. We’ve been coming here every single day almost for the last 2 months. Very kind a Christian people. I am literally addicted to their Boudin and cream cheese balls. Gotta try them

The food was exceptional. we ordered the pulled pork sandwiches, sweet potatoes fries and Lots of balls! better than the food the staff was very kind and helpful.

Driving home, we noticed this place off the highway. We decided to turn around and check it out. The fella there was so nice and the pork and chicken cracklings were fantastic. I also got a jalapeño, cream cheese boudin egg roll and that thing was spot on. They had lots of things on the menu. If you’re driving through or live in the area you should stop by.
