Just not good service, if you are busy acknowledged your customer's that walk up to your counter, I didn't stay in walked out without ordering anything, I went back there this time to see if service was any better than the last time and it wasn't, so thanks for asking but I want try it again, and will not recommend this or the location in Flowood, MS, it's actually worse than this Collins,MS.

Absolutely terrible, i hardly ever write reviews but this was bad. Waited 4 or 5 minutes to order while the two workers gossiped before they decided to get to work. Once i got my food i sat down with three soggy half together burgers and fries at the bottom of the bag. Even the guy next in line waited forever to order even when we were the only two people in there. These workers didnt gaf.

I love Krystal's!💕 Burgers here are awesome! I always get: add extra mayo and pickles. There it is, they were good. Fries are always horrible, but I still get the combo with a frozen coke, YES!!!!😊

If you're from up north and you're used to white castle, well, huh krystal is the closest thing to a white castle, as you're going to find
And anytime I can find one I definitely have to stop in and get myself at least 20 hamburgers or cheeseburgers. I eat a couple of them and I put the rest of them in my refrigerator and my truck. And I have them as a snack or a meal throughout the week. Very easy, just throw them in the microwave for about sixty seconds and they're done
