food was cold , they kept getting my order wrong everytime . ask for jalapeños didn’t even get that on my burger so i had to pay and $1.07 just to get them .
Place went down with the last managers.
Got order wrong. In the middle of telling them what was missing she walked away and then someone brought my food from some random place not even from the kitchen. Was still missing food and told them that and never even got it. This is the 3rd time this month that our food order was wrong or our food was delivered to someone else.
I took my family to get a quick dinner and sit outside in the nice cool breeze and it could have been a good experience, BUT my son’s coney was burned and hard. He tried to eat it and not say anything but the more he ate, the worse it got. He finally decided that he couldn’t eat it. We sent it back and asked them to make him another one. The female manager came out and told us that they could not make him another one because he had eaten too much of it. That’s so stupid. Regardless, it was not good. The weenie was burned and hard. I had just spent $71 at sonic and she was extremely rude and refused to make him another hot dog. I mean it’s a freaking hotdog, not a ribeye. I asked for the manager and she let me know real quick that she was the manager and there wasn’t anything I could do about it. I asked for her supervisor’s information but she wouldn’t give it to me. I’m a business owner and if my manager treated my customers the way we were treated, he would be fired immediately. She made a nice, breezy, fun evening with my staff n and grandkids not so nice. She literally said and I quote “I promise you we are not going to fix another one.” BTW! A young man from Collins saw the whole thing and felt bad for us and he bought a coney and gave it to my son. It wasn’t necessary because it wasn’t about the little bit of money. It’s about treating people right. It’s about showing your customers that you appreciate their business and you hope they will return soon. It’s about customer satisfaction. Well as Forest Gump would say “That’s all I’m going to say about that.” I realize that nobody reads this or even cares but I wanted to explain my experience at the Sonic in Collins Ms tonight.
The car hop guy was very nice
This restaurant needs some major training for the employees or hire new people. My husband and I sat in the drive-thru waiting for someone to take our order. We drove up to the window only to find all the staff standing around talking and on there cell phones. Once they noticed us at the window someone finally comes over and she said the headset went dead but she still had it on her head. We simple left without ordering anything.
Still waiting on hopes of someone fixing the Mess up of our food. Manager is still wondering around, 10 minutes later

Fix your raggedy speakers!!! Everytime I come here they get my order wrong bc they can't hear!

Was here on 9/1/24. Pre-ordered my food on the app so it would be ready when we got there. After arrival it took 20 minutes to get our food. The hamburger was cold, (probably because it was ready since I ordered on the app, but they just let it sit there instead of bringing it out ). The iced coffee tasted like water and French vanilla creamer, and the chili cheese fries,had very few fries in it. I’m looking at some of these other reviews. I can see that this is a recurring problem withthis Sonic. I’m still in the area so I will be stopping by today with my receipt to try to get a refund, if not, I will just dispute the charge on my credit card and get my money back that way. You would think that the owner of this sonic could see the recurring problems from these reviews and take corrective action. Would not recommend going to this sonic at all.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
We ordered on the app so it would be ready when we got there! It was only 3 drinks! Only 3 drinks! They scanned the ticket and no one came out with the drinks! We watched everyone that came after us get their food! We pushed the button and they were saying it would be right out! Then more people came and got their orders still We didn't get ours. We pushed the button again and the women came out and got an attitude. She said we need to redo the order and we didn't know how to use the app. But, we use the app all the time it wasn't the first time. We told her that someone scanned the ticket and never brought the drinks. It showed up on the screen someone was brining them and never came. She went back in and FINALLY got out drinks! We waited over 45 minutes for 3 drinks and got attitude when it was their mistake! This Sonic likes to scan tickets and never bring the food! They do it all the time and it gets them in trouble! This sonic needs so help someone needs to step in BIG TIME!! It's horrible the food is so NASTY! Thats why we only get drinks and they mess them up most of the time!

This place is Horrible! Waited an hour on 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks, pressed the button twice to asked about my order, was told it would be right out finally after waiting 30 more minutes she brought it out. Asked for extra mayo and pickles on my chicken sandwich, when I finally got it it was soggy and cold. Asked for a PLAIN hamburger just meat and bread no cheese and after waiting an hour the burger had melted cheese on it. Drove through the drive thru to ask for another plain burger no cheese and this time the burger had a slice of cheese on it after specifically asking twice for a plain burger no cheese. drinks were watered down staff was also screaming at each other while waiting in the drive through.
