Horrible customer service!!! Total of three girls working. Two of which had attitudes for no reason other than I guess hating their jobs! Find new ones if you hate it so bad that you are rude to customers. Rolling of the eyes, slamming things down. Completely bothered about having to serve someone! Will not be back!!

Worst subway ever! The food was fine but the two girls making our sandwich had an attitude for whatever reason. The second girl was real messy with putting the sandwich together you can see she doesn’t care about anything customer service related. When I asked for a few more banana peppers she rolled her eyes and started the sandwich behind me, luckily the nice woman at the cash register fixed it up. I will NOT be coming back to this location again. Attitude is everything in the customer service industry! If she hates her job that bad GO DO SOMETHING ELSE! Stop stealing positive energy from the people of this town!!

What is the deal with these food chains not operating during there work hours. Doors locked at 8:50pm but your open till 9:30pm just isn't right. Lost my service here

Store is dirty, no napkins, no paper towels in bathroom, out of all breads except white and Italian. Only had a few left after my family of 5 ate. Out of pretzel sticks. 3 girls working just sitting in the corner talking. Made my sandwich so messy they had to restart the whole sandwich. Another sandwich burnt.

I used to work at the seminary subway and I can assure you… that place is CLEAN!! the collins subway definitely doesn’t follow the very clear guidelines and rules surrounding the food. I ordered a steak sandwich and the worker cut open a defrosted bag of steak in front of me and dumped it in the cambrio.. the whole place looks just overall dirty… and the workers are just uninterested and passive aggressive towards everyone. I recommend just going 5 miles down the road and getting good food and service in seminary…

i ordered on the app at the wrong location. the man here answered the phone and was very rude about it, and i tried to call back and he hung up on me, and then proceeded to not answer any of my calls after.

I had the absolute worst experience at the Collins subway! I ordered my food on the app I get to the restaurant and the bread is hard as a rock and stale. I get in line to ask for them to fix it and there was a couple ahead of me with a large order. The employees saw me standing there with the sandwich in my hand and all they had to do was pull me to the side ask what I needed and I could have been on my way. There are two employees so one could have helped me and the other continue helping the customer with the large order. Instead I waited almost another 30 minutes just for my order to be fixed correctly and when it is finally my turn the employee pops off and tells me not to have an attitude and then proceeds to refuse to fix me another sandwich and only give my money back. I wanted what I ordered, not my money back. She goes to the back to get another employee to fix it and she does but also with an attitude. I asked for some ranch because I forgot to add it on my order when I placed through the app. She got an attitude about that and told me it was not on my receipt. I had to get loud with the employee and defend myself. I don’t appreciate receiving food you wouldn’t want to eat yourself. I work hard for my money and deserve quality food. Furthermore it truly bothers me that I had to cause a scene in the restaurant to get my order fixed when that is not who I am as a person! I’m not person who resorts to that behavior unless absolutely necessary. I am a kind and understanding person but want be treated with respect and care when I visit your restaurant!

I was in there today at 4:30 . A young man fixed my sub . He was rude and when I ask him a question about the cookies RUDE!!!!! Threw my receipt away did not ask if I wanted it. Put my subs in a bag left them laying there…I had to reach and pick them up after he walked off and never said Thanks and come again. I will not be going back. (5-20-24)

It's Subway. The best you can ask for is good service cause it's up to you to make the food good. And this place has good service!

Vegetarian options: Order a Veggie Delight on wheat and tell them to skip the cheese if you're vegan.

Parking: Most of the parking lot is usually empty here. All of the businesses on site are restaurants that don't get a lot of customers every day so there's always a place to park.

Wonderful service! Alexia (hopefully spelling that right) and another worker helped us out and they were so customer service minded and patient. Store was clean as well. Pizza was great! Definitely recommend!
