i have gone to this taco bell several times since they have opened and never once have i gotten the correct order the first time. we have very few options in collins and taco bell is one of my favorites of those few choices and i always end up regretting it every time i come to this establishment. if you don’t want to work at taco bell don’t make it everyone else’s problem
If I could put zero stars I would. I have two children that received reading award coupons and they would only allow one child use the coupon. How fair is that?????????

Awful customer service! Very rude! Food was old and stale. Not expecting a five star meal, it’s Taco Bell… It could have at least been within code regulations. 🤢

I’ve stopped here traveling through on Hwy 49 several times, and every time the food has been great and service fast. Idk why everyone else is having issues, but I’ve stopped at lunch time both on weekdays and weekends and it’s been great every time.

Probably the worst Taco Bell as far as service goes that I've ever been to in my life. They lock the door at night during business hours and won't let anyone inside and won't take any orders in the drive through. During the day they won't come to the counter to take your order they tell want you to only use the kiosk. They are just plain lazy and don't want to do their job.

The only reason I gave one star is because I spend about 20 to 25 bucks everyday through the state on Taco Bell and this one didn’t have hair in the ingredients but I ended up taking a bite I’m not asking for anything else than to make people follow health code I absolutely love Taco Bell but I don’t like wasting money
Parking: Plenty of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: Only thing they don’t have are motorized doors

Very busy place. The food was good and the little bit of interaction with a person working there was nice.

The food was good but I added nacho cheese to the chalupas and they didn't add much but it cost .75 x 2. But the taste was nice.

Arrived at 1:15 AM and was told they were closed. They don’t close till 2 AM. As we drove by window one of the girls opened it and nothing but vape smoke came out.

Passing through here on my way to orange beach. I really wanted something to eat and decided to stop here. The self-ordering kiosks made it very easy to place my order and within 5-8 minutes. The young man working called out my name and handed me my bag with a smile. He was so nice and seemed like he wasn’t hating his job. It was a pleasant surprise if I’m being honest and I hope he gets a raise.

SHRINKFLATION shows. Or maybe I'm still just hungry after paying over $10 for 2 of the $5 box deals. People are very kind and attentive. I appreciate them.
Vegetarian options: Easy to leave out meat, and dairy, and still enjoy wonderful food.
