This isn't the first time, but it will be the last time. I've gotten really bad service and food at wards in Collins and hwy 49 in Hattiesburg. The worst fries ever, I never bought those. Today I got a steak sandwich and had to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes to get it and it was burnt to a crisp or could havejust been old. I threw it out at the door along with the trash. NEVER TO RETURN.

This place has fallen off!!! How can you mistake a chicken filet with a chicken strip???? Then turn around and confuse fish for a chicken patty??? On top of this trip my husband burger was old! We will not be back!
Updated: 3rd trip for the same order and fish was not done!!!! Went back and got refunded!!!

Will not be back…now I ordered 2 small rootbeer floats..total was $8.55, I gave that girl in the drive thru a $20… in no way shape form or fashion does $8.55 out of a $20 equal $6 and some change…that math ain’t mathing…$20-$8.55= $11.45 …do better
Ok so the cute sweet little girl working the window was 5 star .... But the order right off the bat was wrong and then after it was replaced it was horrible. The meat was over cooked the bun was greasy the nachos looked like they had already been chewed ... I love wards but this was awful

I purchased two big ones with extra chilli, onions and pickles. I told them I wanted my burger to be sloppy, she said I will have to charge you. I said ok. This burger hardly has chili on it barely a scoop and I paid for extra chili. I came back to get the chili in a small cup and the girl called her gm and put me on the phone with her. Long story short I didn’t get my chili, the place had flies everywhere and kids playing in the dining room bc the employee didn’t have a baby sitter.
