Ok so the cute sweet little girl working the window was 5 star .... But the order right off the bat was wrong and then after it was replaced it was horrible. The meat was over cooked the bun was greasy the nachos looked like they had already been chewed ... I love wards but this was awful

The restaurant was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the service was good. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and fries. He said the bun was on the stale side, the meat patty was totally bland, and the cheese slice had no flavor. His French fries were all right, just OK. I ordered a garden salad. It was pitiful. The lettuce was either shredded, as for tacos, or big pieces, as for hamburger. It did have a whole hard boiled chicken egg. It had 1 tomato slice, 6 dill pickle slices, the kind for hamburgers and shredded taco cheese. There were only 2 dressing choices, ranch or thousand island. No vinegarette for people on a diet. And I have to wonder, ‘who puts shredded taco cheese on a salad?’ Where is that grown in the garden? Just saying. Don’t waste your calories. Go to Subway!
Our food came out quickly and was hot. Bacon is floppy but they did put quite a lot of it in the #1 platter. Workers were not very friendly, but they did communicate clearly. Grits were undercooked and tough. Too much black pepper in the grits.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I have to in order to have a review! Ordered food from here tonight and the meat wasn't even fully cooked and still pink! I'm pregnant so thats not safe for me at all! All I can say is they better hope it don't harm my unborn baby!
