I just have to shout out the owner and other employees with Wings on Wheels in Collins! We wanted to try something different this evening and when we seen a pic of their food from Valerie Alese we hit the road. When we got there they were closed. I mean shut down, cleaned up, and ready to go! After talking with the owner and telling him we drove from Hattiesburg, they opened everything back up! We got 4 wing plates, fish plates, loaded fries and he cooked everything to perfection! It was so good that I couldn’t even get a pic for y’all to see lol and we didn’t want it to get cold so we ate it right there at the food truck and he didn’t rush us away, he let us enjoy it!
