The guy is great. The lady is shot with me and always puts vegetables on before warming the sandwich. Makes them like rubber. She says that's the way it's done. The guy doesn't do that. Don't even have to ask him not to. He just doesn't, as if it's the way it's done.

I ordered online to have sandwich ready and waiting when I arrived. When I arrived at the app pick up time which was 20 minutes, I was told they were working on other online orders that came in before mines which was fine however I ended up waiting and additional 15 minutes while they skipped all over my order and prepared other sandwiches. Service was horrible and had I not already paid for the sandwich I would have left!!!!
We was there 12/6/22 the young man that waited on his was so nice. Didn't get his name. He was the only one working. There was a young lady that came in at the end of his making our sandwich.Your man thank you for your service.

Subway closes way too early especially on ball game nights. They may close at 9;30 or 9:45 but supposed to be there til 10. Staff is usually nice. Food is good

I went to Subway in Collinsville today at 4pm and they were out of bread. Only had flatbread. They had loaves rising but none in the oven.

If you like waiting in line for 45min to have only 2 sandwiches made, or waiting in line for 15min without even being so much as looked at then this is a great place. Use to love this subway, but it has gotten so bad. The one girl always acts annoyed and is very slow at her work. Always slowly shuffling her feet from one end to the other. I can tell she doesn’t not have any love for her job. Have gave this location several different tries even after my husband and I promised we wouldn’t come back, but after today I’m completely done spending our money at this location. I stood in line today for 15 min or longer with no one ahead of me while she fixed a few pick up sandwiches. She just acted like I wasn’t standing there. I couldn’t leave my husband that had been in the truck waiting any longer so I left. Wnt be back. Dnt ignore paying customers, or you wnt have any returning customers.
