I'm sorry this was just OK food - barely OK. They seem to be successful but I think it's because of a lack of competition. I wish I could live in Columbia and open a real restaurant. This particular day, the only protein on the buffet was chicken.
Ok, I found an amazing buffet right in the heart of Columbia!I got there early & it's a good thing I did, this restaurant is a hometown favorite, you could tell...I tried the meatloaf & it was so good I seriously wanted to slap myself! Don't get me started on the beef enchilada, they had some kind of cream sauce that was waaay too good.???I tried their baked chicken ? too & I'm still trying to figure out ?how they got it so juicy INSIDE...but crispy...
Talk about good ol’ Mississippi cookin’ at its finest. They have a great buffet with quick the variety of vegetables and meats—and of course some desserts. If you are in Columbia you need to check this place out.
