Worst restaurant in town from the service to the food one stop i will never make agian
This is the wrong address for burger King in Columbia. Also, just go to Wendy's. They have much better food and attitudes.
I went to BurgerKing @ 920 US Hwy 98 (2) separate occasions.
Occasion (1.) Oct 5th 2024
I ordered :
1 whopper no lettuce, extra mayo/ 1 large mozzarella / 1 lrg. Sweet tea
1 whopper/ 1 large onion ring/ 1large tea.
When I got home I had everything except the extra mayonnaise, and the large mozzarella stick.
I let the mayo go, but called about the mozzarella stick.
The managers reply to me was, well, don’t worry about it, cause you didn’t pay for it.
I said yes I understand that but I told her 6 times, and still she repeated, well you didn’t pay for it so…. So I got frustrated and hung up.
The (2.) time, 10/16/24
I ordered:
1 whopper/ cheese with a large onion ring, and since they had no large cups left, I ordered a medium sweet tea.
1 double whopper / 1 large mozzarella sticks and 1 medium sweet tea.
I got home with everything except the cheese on my whopper.
So again I called and I explained this to a different manager. I told her what all I had gotten and what was missing. Then I told her this was the second time they’d got my order wrong. I was trying to explain as plain as I could so she’d understand what was going on what happened the both times, but when I got to the part where I had told the first manager I didn’t get the fries I ordered, and she kept saying but you didn’t pay for them, and then I told her she kind of missed my point I was making….. then the lady I was talking to at the moment started to scream don’t you dare disrespect me. I tried to assure her I wasn’t, and tried to calm her down, but she continued to scream over top of me like I was robbing her of something she owned. I just got tired of it and hung up!!!!
In what world is it ok for and employee to scream at a customer?!?!?!? That is unless you DON’T plan on staying in business very long!!!! I don’t care if she was a manager!!!!
Waited for several minutes at counter and never got acknowledged, they just looked at me from the rear of store. Had to go thru drive thru for any service

Worse service I have ever seen. One employee “ I don’t care”. This statement was supposed by her manager. Don’t waste your money here.

We ate here today (3/4/2024). The service was horrible and the food was cold. The fries weren’t done, the chicken fries and the crispy chicken sandwich was soggy. All buns for the burgers were stale. My daughter got ranch with her chicken nuggets and the ranch was brown and out of date. They were out of Whopper patties, mayo, and onions. The employees were in the back eating and playing on their phones.

Order #15 Drive Thru on 1/11/24 around 3pm. I really like Burger King and normally they do pretty well at this location. The last two times and now today they have become really rude and slow. I waited at the speaker for a couple minutes without being greeted so I figured they didn't know I was there, I said "I would like to make an order please" and then was told to hold on. They had a hard time with a number one large with a sprite to drink. I had a car that went ahead of me and one behind and all of us had to pull up and wait. I wouldn't mind so much if they were slow so they had to cook the food so it would be fresh but my burger was warm at best. The fries too. All in all this location has started really going downhill and I think I am going to switch to Wendy's. Maybe they still care a bit about making a good burger.

Good customer service and a clean restaurant.
These people flipped a coin to see who would take our order and laughed and said ain’t gonna be me!!! And rolled there eyes at me and my children for being hungry. If I could give them less I would. Don’t waste your time here. We just left because no one would take our order.
They refused to take our order. They were flipping coins and making fun of us. One guy walked out of dining hall while saying “it’s not gonna be me” we left and went to sonic.
Don’t pull forward to wait for your food without your change- someone there is keeping the money!! They wouldn’t give us our refund change & made every excuse that we were wrong! The manager could care less!! Get your receipt and change or stay at the drive thru window until you do. Maybe it’ll help someone else.
Almost drove away at first because no one answered to take our order for at least 5 min. Cashier was rude, I asked for a receipt and was told their machine was broken. No cars behind me in line, in fact one other vehicle in the parking lot but was told to pull forward and park. Ordered burger combos but so much mayonnaise it was a mushy mess. Really should fix the receipt problem as no one knows what they are paying for or how much. Will not return!
