Took over an hour from the time my order left the store to get to my house. Order was ice cold when we got it and driver asked for a tip!!!! Called the store the guy who answered the phone said she left with the order about 11:45, but notification said she left store at 11:16, receipt says 11:49 when order was taken but actual time of order was 10:49.
