Needs a better quality espresso machine that’s more consistent. The barista is having trouble with the steamer falling out of regulation and resulting in scorched drinks.

Picked up a cake for a coworker, and it was wonderful! Will be back!
The gelato and cakes are great! However, the service is not the best. The lady that fixed my sandwich was not very pleased when told she had a customer. She then yelled at the lady to not take any more orders when she walked out. It was 2pm! My $13 sandwich was thrown together, and the bread was falling apart.

We were looking to have a cake special ordered for our parents’ 50th anniversary. We reached out to Frosty’s several times, but communication was lacking. We wanted to be sure to use a local place in Columbia for a couple of reasons 1. For it to be delivered to where the surprise party was taking place and 2. To support local business in a small town.
Eventually we were able to connect and get exactly what we wanted in a decorated cake with a flavor that was amazing!
We definitely recommend them for their baked goods!
