Eating here is always a pleasure when I get the chance. The food is consistently hot and fresh, the service is great, and the staff are very respectful. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it - 10/10.
I finally got a chance to try the chicken, fries and slaw combo. I have been watching their page for what seemed like forever. On the days they offered Chicken, I was never available. However, that all changed yesterday !! The rain stopped, the stars all aligned and I was finally free at lunch. It was definitely everything I expected, and more. The food was delicious. Stopped here before a Doctor's appointment in the area. Their Facebook page brought me to them. $30 for a combo plate (brisket, pulled pork, & 2 sides). Also ordered a sweet tea.
Maybe I got the wrong items on the menu? Brisket was tender, had a good smoke flavor but no salt, no pepper, no seasoning whatsoever. The pulled pork was the total opposite, no smoke flavor, and tasted like reheated meat. Basic canned baked beans but could have been hooked...
