Stopped at Stacy's Skillet for 1st time. A few patrons scattered about restaurant. Restaurant closes at 2 pm. We were there abt 1:00. Large open dining room. Salad bar was great!! My husband and I both ordered shrimp and grits which came with the salad bar and drink for $14 ea. Disappointed is an understatement!! We both love good shrimp and grits... to us...this was no where near what we were expecting!! The dish consisted of 2 large scoops of grits which had the consistency of cold mashed potatoes. Nothing creamy about them!!! Grits covered in a spicy sauce with 6 rubbery shrimp. Grits to gravy/shrimp ratio was 80/20. IF we stop here again...would I EVER order shrimp and grits...NO!!!

What a quaint place. Off the beaten path but worth the drive. Friendly staff, awesome food, and priced to not break the bank. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I didn’t want to leave. The owners are obviously very spiritual and grounded in their faith. I feel so at ease here and felt layers of stress just peel away. The decor is awesome, rustic, roomy and country quaint. Will definitely be back if not for the food, but the relax one’s feeling I had while dining there. Many prayers and wishes for their continued success.

We were looking for a location in Columbia to have a surprise 50th anniversary party for our parents. From the moment we called Stacy’s Skillet, they were inviting and accommodating. We spoke with Ms. Stacy directly regarding our desired result and she made certain that she would do everything we discussed and allow us to do what we needed on our end (time to setup and remove decorations, music, cake, and more) even when her restaurant is normally closed for lunch on Saturdays.
Two things you should know 1. Ms. Stacy and her entire staff are out of this world AMAZING! 2. The food is delicious and the selection is unmatched.
If you’re looking for a lunch place, dinner place, date night, or a place to celebrate any occasion, this is the place to do it. You won’t be disappointed!!
Closing on a Saturday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day is asinine. No updates on any site. Newsflash small town goofballs.....Memorial Day is not a HOLY day. You don't need extra days off just to go fire up a BBQ.

This is a clean spot with a great atmosphere! Wait staff was very nice and friendly, especially Jaley! Didn’t have a long wait time and I’m satisfied!

Came with 4 people and got 2 $12 'Just the Salad Bar's, a $14 chicken tender, and a $14 lunch special catfish. Asked the waitress if the Salad Bar was all you could eat and she said that it was. Go to check out and she says that the total is $82 dollars. Apparently the salad bar isn't all you can eat, despite my waitress saying it was and the menu itself saying nothing about it being 1 trip only. All that it said on the salad bar itself was that you were supposed to use a bowl for your salad and only go for 1 trip if you got it as a side with an entree. Please add proper signage on the salad bar and menu stating that the salad bar is 1 trip only, even if you ordered 'Just the Salad Bar'.

This was promising until it wasn't. I feel for the people of Columbia because they have very few choices for good home cooked food at a reasonable price. This was neither good or reasonably priced food. There wasn't even enough food on the plate to charge their prices.
