ALL cuts of meat were tough and full of tallow. Some of it was not edible. These are not gourmet steaks. They are garbage. File a complaint with your local health department.
Steaks had bad smell to it once I let unthaw and meat was to tuff very disappointed no number to call went back 2 qhere seen man at wasn't there I'm really mad waste of money don't have wish can rate a 0

Bought two cases from them at the parking lot near Sams.After going through 10 different pieces of meat, I have yet to find a cut that is even passable as Select. Hard connective tissue, poorly packaged with discoloration immediately apparent when it thaws.I’ll be making a disappointing $300 worth of sausage and stew.

the steaks are horrible, they are so tough that you cannot even chew them.i soaked in mead tenderizer the 2nd time i had them and it was no better.had to through steaks in the trash as we could not eat. a lot of money to loose but i learned my lesson and will spread by word of mouth to not buy

Just want to share my feelings about Starsouth Steaks Columbia MS,don't buy from them!! They sale in a parking lot, run ads on radio, but Steaks have a funny taste, chicken fake or something. I trashed my order, I couldn't eat it . You can not find any one to talk too.
