I pulled up to go get my value meal order from my rewards and the lady would not help at all on telling me how to get the rewards that was given to me. She just said I don’t have the app. I don’t know how to use it then why are you working at Taco Bell also when we pulled up, they were both in their cars, not doing anything and also one had a blunt in their mouth and proceeded to walk into the store with a blunt in their mouth and wouldn’t let us in the store and they said it was drive-through only. I’m very confused on how you work at Taco Bell and you don’t even know how to give a customer orders on how to do something as simple as getting reward orders

This was the worst Taco Bell I ever experienced. It was so bad !terrible portions) that I boycotted them for several years. Today I gave them a try and wow, what a turn-a-round! A+++ all the way. My wife had a burrito supreme which weighed a ton and was prepared to perfection. I had three crunchy tacos and they were great. The staff was efficient, courteous and professional. The food was fresh, hot and topped with terrific lettuce and cheese. Ummm, so good! I have been eating Taco Bell food since I was 15 in 1969. I consider myself an expert when it comes to Taco Bell.

Listen this is the third time that I went to Taco Bell drive through. I ordered the number 2 soft tacos. But my food was cold again. When I got home I had to heat my food up..This is ridiculous who wants to eat cold food. I dont know who the manager is but something has to be done. Plus the employees there don’t care either. If I order something from there I want my food to be hot not cold. Well I want ever go back there again…

Always not enough people working here 2 people making the food one person at the drive thru and no one taking dine in orders... had to us the kiosk and I was using cash so I stood there for 30 plus min to pay for my food.. the guy guy at the drive thru at me 2 or 3 times with cash in my hand (noticeably) but he was really busy at drive thru... im not really complaining about the workers tho just whole damn system

Poor service I told manager the drink was out she Saud she would get it but instead walked outside and sat in her car the whole time I was there dining in when I asked a diff employee he said there was no more in the back so I paid 5 bucks to get a sit of water and no drink. Not to mention when we walked in the door first words they say is they have no beef. There's goes 90%of their menu. Truly pathetic.

I like Taco Bell but this one often runs out of certain inventory. Sometimes the people taking your order act like doing their job, dealing with customers, is a huge burden. I can't say that I have ever had anyone to be rude though, just lazy and bland. However, the food is usually good, when you can get what you want.

Every time I come to this location, there is either something missing, they are out of something, or they turned the grill off too early so they can’t make my food! This is a terrible crew you have here and should all be replaced

Doors are locked at 11:00 am making us go thru drive thru. Why? Now everyone that went thru drive thru are sitting in the parking lot eating. Makes no sense
