I've been patient with the Wendy's in Columbia, but tonight's the last straw. Every time I go to Wendy's around 10pm to 10:30pm, my food is always cold. It's consistently cold and never fresh. The GM needs to reevaluate their employees and get rid of the ones who don't care about their job. Now I see why Wendy's in Columbia has a 3.7.

By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. They gave me no straw with my drink, when I told them they forgot my couple barbecue sauces the worker proceeds to huff and give me one sauce. I tell her thank you and she just shuts the window. My chicken sandwich was chewy and hard. This place is terrible.

Can’t say I’ve always had the best experience at this location but I went there to get breakfast and my experience with the morning crew was surprisingly different, they were kind, prompt and the food was fresh and hot. Especially the manger Susan, she helped make the visit exceptional, very accommodating. Genuine smiles are always a great way to start the day. Please keep her around !!!

Half the time menu isnt available. Never has potatoes or you get pulled up have to go inside cause half the staff is too stoned to realize they moved you up and forgot to bring your order.
