Got a $6 crispy chicken blt. The bun was stale. The chicken nuggets had a bone in one of them. The drinks was flat. The only thing good was the fries. I was disgusted by what i ate here.

Yes they do mess up your orders, have one or two rude employees/shift manager, have a dirty bathroom etc. But if you tell Cedric the RGM or Kim RDM then they will promptly handle the issue and make your return experience much better. Like above & beyond much better. So instead of just putting bad comments & never coming back. Call the right people who do actually care about their customers and give Cedric or Kim a chance to give you a 5 star experience like they did for me. I was very happy with the second chance visit I gave them. The employees who participated in my order were all friendly, they apologized for my last visit and so did Cedric. They even offered to help me carry all my food to the car but I was able to maintain with the big bags they gave me to make it easier. They even accommodated me not being able to use ketchup & gave me plenty sweet n sour sauce. Thanks so much Cedric & Kim. I will be coming back again now in the future

1st time at Columbia Wendy's. Food was hot and fresh. We both had the bacon double cheeseburgers combo meals. Everything was great. Fries hot!
