The sauce for hot wings didn’t taste peppery it tasted kind of sweet as if they added ketchup with it. Need to go back to old recipe

Woman at the register is more focused on her phone than to help people at the counter. I mean its ridiculous how rude she was. Food was pretty awful as well, my burger represented a boot more than an actual hamburger. Fries were soggy and cross, couldn't even taste the Seasoning.

Great food and portioned well, too ! My husband got the Philly with a side of garlic parm wings & I got a Large grilled chicken salad 🥗 😋 We're new to the area and have never been to an American Deli before but I'm sure we'll be back (:

I love American deli but when I did my DoorDash order. I was missing an item and tried to call the store multiple times and get an answer but no one would say anything. This is really sad!

I probably had this place for 1 star. But the Service that Sheronica gave top tier. She checked every plate. Got every order right and gave the most precise experience I’ve ever had at American Deli. If you want your food to be right let Sheronica take your order!!

Gave a last night's left over chicken wings. Literally cold inside. They has a boneless one in there that was a different color. Guy was not helpful or caring. Won't repeat business. Best of luck in all, not a very good lunch spot.

They do not deserve any starts. Do not go here!! To start there is no bathroom. They have it locked up and blocked off. They say they don’t have a key to it. They had a sick child running around in the kitchen and dinning area coughing on everything. The child pulled out napkins and straws played with them by putting them in her mouth. The employee mother then came by and took them from the child and put the napkins and straws back into their containers for the customers. We then saw the woman touching peoples food and plates right after handling her sick child with no gloves on. Ever since this new person took over it has become trash
