The day we went was on the weekend it was super packed. The people there before us never even got served. We ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes with no service. The waiter was just standing up front doing I don't know what. Maybe they were low on staff or something but I didn't see a host or not one person waiting tables. I ended up going to the grill it had a better atmosphere and the waiters got to us quickly there.

Our server, Britney, was the best! She not only waited on tables, but worked the bar as well as handling "to go" orders.
She made our visit great. Our food was tasty too. Hope her manager realizes the treasure he has in her and compensates her accordingly.

This was the worst experience I've ever had here. It was horrible. Our food was cold we didn't have refills the whole time while we was eating. I asked two different people if we could get refills and nobody did anything. I asked a 3rd person and she was nice enough to give us drinks. Our waiter didn't even bring us silverware or check on us. If I could give no stars I would.

Been there twice now. Same story both times. The building and booths are run down and tearing. They seat you quickly, then take 30 minutes to come ask your order. 30-45 minutes after you order the food comes. We ordered an appetizer, the app and the food all was brought together. Then 30 minutes later the waitress came back to ask if we needed anything. The attitude the staff has makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by even being there. Long story short we were there for 2.5 hours to eat a meal that was “ok” at best.

The servers and staff at Applebee’s of Columbus go out of their way to bring the customer a tailor-made dining experience! From the host stand to the check, as well as the updated interior of the building, each detail of my experience was 5 stars. The breadsticks are especially amazing! You can really tell cleanliness and friendliness are valued at this location. Marissa was our server and she catered to our every want and need.
