I'm a veteran and I was at Applebees on Veterans Day... Muffin was our server...She did a excellent job and I would definitely request to sit in her area next time...She is is asset to thst company....

This location is going down hill and needs a makeover. To start with the food was as good as any Applebee's we have gone to. The server was great! BUT..... the building and cleanliness was very disappointing. The men's restroom was nasty, the ceiling was black around all the vents, there was flies in between the blinds and windows (alive & dead), blinds were very dusty, and the pictures on the wall was filthy (pics attached). I don't think it would take much to get this place cleaned up, but maybe if they had better management it wouldn't have gotten to this point.
On the other hand, our waitress was great. Very friendly and quick.

I got called fat by the host, soon as we came in. It was odd and awkward. The manager, my server Ailcia, and Trish were wonderful, but I really don't appreciate her being rude and abrasive, nor do I appreciate being called fat.

Food and service are great, but the Columbus, Ms location could use a good deep cleaning—tables, walls, windows, and doors included. A little extra attention to the facilities would make the dining experience as good as the food.

The food was good the past few times I came here, no one was really rude tables are kinda dirty and sticky but understandable. The pricing is just wild to me compared to other restaurants, like around 80 dollars for 1 appetizer and 2 meals, not a place for if you wanna save money but you wouldn't necessarily call this fine dining either
