I ordered at the drive thru, I was put on hold, had to wait on food(it was hot though) I didn't get any condiments when my food was brought to me. My wait time was about 15 minutes.

Easiest way to lose customers is when you go in and spend $30 for 2 people to eat and a guy and 3 other people come in and get there food for free. Won’t be back.

I went in here and bought a $20 gift card for a friend last week and I accidentally washed my wallet and lost the receipt and I went by there to use the card and of course it showed up in invalid. . They can’t even do a gift card so don’t buy any because the the thing will not work and I’m just disgusted $20 thrown awayand the manager was talk to she could’ve cared less and all I would need here if I was you . anyway, the company’s contacted me and I went back by there and they said they were having trouble with the machine that does that and the girl remembered me buying it a week and a half ago so hopefully all be well other than that, I’ve never had any trouble here at the Arby’s been eating there a long time.

Still loving Arby’s. I witnessed a customer ahead of me being overly rude and was questioning everything and went so far as to disassemble the sandwich he ordered while at the counter. The staff that was waiting on him was extremely polite and handled the situation very professionally.
