The food is good, but the management is sub par. I have eaten there probably 10 times and each time I go they don't have some item. Sometimes it French fries, other times they don't have anything from the kids menu, or ice cream, or their soda fountain only has two drinks that work. Whoever is in charge of ordering their ingredients should be fired.

Our family visited this location after church (Hwy 45 Frontage Rd, Columbus). We were wowed! The 3 employees made our visit beyond exceptional. Treated us like family and the food was delicious, of course.

So the food is actually really good and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. I got a bacon cheddar burger with fries and my husband got a black jack cheeseburger with fries. The fries are so good! I'd go back just for those. The staff was nice enough. However, the reason for my two stars is because it was absolutely disgusting. Every table was dirty and sticky. We ended up sitting outside. There was no ice in the vending machine and soda spilled everywhere. The back of the seat next to a trash can had old food all over it I assume is from people throwing their trash away and it sprays on the seat. Overall, we probably won't be back until it looks as good as the food tastes. It's such a shame too. If there were as much pride in the condition of the restaurant as the food, it'd be a hit.

The food is very good. I really like this place. You should visit while you have a chance. The service is so slow that you can't visit on a lunch break. They never seem to know what food goes to which table. Everytime I visit there are people walking out.

I always order a my meal in a complicated manner and they always get it right. I enjoy eating here very much. Try the sweet potato fries.

They took about 30 minutes to get our food out after messing it up twice. I know this place just reopened, but they aren't going to make it long if it continues to be like it was yesterday for our visit. They were not working together as a team and kept messing up our food and then trying to talk us up and gave us cobbler to make up for it. The girl that felt the need to keep coming back out to our table talk to us didn't help the situation any, in fact she made it worse. My boyfriend and I had never eaten here before and have zero intentions of coming back. My advice would be to get your staff trained properly and teach them how to treat customers. If your customer raises concerns about their food, the crew members shouldn't argue with them. And our food shouldn't have had to be sent back at all after waiting at least 15 minutes on it. And then when we got it the second time (10 more minutes later) it still wasn't made right. We then decided it wasn't worth sending back again and tried to eat and leave as soon as we could. If your crew would focus on doing their job and working as a team instead of everyone doing whatever they wanted, you wouldn't have to worry about trying make up for your major mistakes by taking to customers and giving them cobbler. I try to be understanding and hate leaving bad reviews but this really upset me. It might not have been such a big deal if they would have gotten our food right at least once. We don't intend to go back and some changes need to be made. I feel like these things shouldn't be a problem considering this restaurant was just reopened. The way the business is being ran including customer service reflects on the owner. It seems as though you guys saw an opportunity to reopen and jumped on it as fast you could without making sure your were ready. The store was under staffed and your crew was definitely undertrained, if they weren't undertrained then they just don't care, which is an even bigger issue than training. I say all of these things coming from a fast food background, which means I know what it's like to on the other side of that counter. And judging by what I saw this place is already off to a very bad start.

Saw the previous review about the restaurant re-opening. I never tried their burgers when they were open previously. The drive-though menu and screen seem like the original (old/broken). Customer service was good. Ordered bacon and cheddar burger with seasoned fries and a mountain dew drink. Asked if could add pinapple to the burger--they added it at no charge. They use real lettauce. Fries were crispy but soft. Oddly, though, their 'mountain dew' has a lemonade after taste. Would visit again. Update: the Oreo shake is mainly Oreo dust with half waffer on top. Look elsewhere if you want some substance.

Great food and great service. The building could use a facelift as it's starting to show some age but it's still decently maintained.
