In the drive thru we had the rudest girl taking our order. She was laughing and taking slang the whole time. When we pulled to the window she was dressed in pajamas and a bonnet! What kind of hood place is this? She asked for our order again and we had to repeat. Then when she brought it out, it was still wrong. Had an attitude. Basically threw the straws at us. No thank you or nothing after spending $30 there. Hire better people to represent your store.

My husband and I came in here on a hot day while visiting the area. There were about 6 employees mostly standing around while the manager (Jay - she said ? Not sure I believed her ) was making things for drive thru. There was one other one helping but mostly as we sat there and watched for a good 15 minutes, I noticed it seemed the like employees were afraid to do anything ? So the manager was doing most of the work. Just a odd feeling I got as I have managed many people in my lifetime. Never once did she ever smile, or say hi to us. One young male there was the cheery one and holding the team together I felt. As they finally got our ice cream the young gal moved extremely slow and seemed unhappy. It seem as if anyone smiled there they would get in trouble. A pretty bad vibe here as I felt it was all due from the manager here. The kids all seemed great to talk to but … something just isn’t right here. When we were done I decided to break the ice in there and see if I could make them smile. Accomplished by asking WHO is the happiest one here… they ALL ( including manager ) smiled..laughed and pointed to Anthony !! BINGO… Baskin Robbins.. here is you NEW manager !! This place would be hopping with customer if he took over. Good luck.. other wise.. ice cream is ice cream here !

We pulled up to the drive through speaker at 9:45. We patiently waited for 15 minutes. When someone finally answered the drive through intercom we were told it was 1 minute after 10:00 and they were closed. REALLY!

I asked for one scoop of vanilla ice cream with caramel and chocolate syrup with nuts. They gave me the wrong order 4 times, and I ended up leaving with still the wrong order. Also the manager was very rude over one scoop of ice cream! I’ve never seen someone mess up something over and over and be rude about it.
