I am beyond frustrated with the service I received. I placed an order for a cookie cake on January 22 for my son’s 17th birthday on January 24, with a scheduled pickup for Saturday at 11:15 a.m. This was a time-sensitive order for a milestone birthday.
I even went out of my way to stop by the store on Friday, January 23, to confirm the order and personally show a picture of the exact design I wanted. I was assured everything was fine.
When I arrived Saturday morning to pick up the cake, the store was closed with no notice, no call, and no communication whatsoever. I was left scrambling on my child’s birthday with no cake. Completely unacceptable.
I did not receive the cake until Monday, two days after the birthday. To make matters worse, the cake did not match the design I submitted at all. On top of that, there was no apology, no explanation, and no accountability for the inconvenience or disappointment caused.
This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect for customers’ time and special occasions. Birthdays can’t be redone. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others who are considering placing an important order here

I had a not amazing experience with an employee, but the manager absolutely went above and beyond. From taking accountability for the mistake to more than making it right. I will forever be loyal to this location purely because of the amazing manager Bri❤️ She obviously cares about her team and her guests and takes pride in the work she does. Absolutely amazing!

Went asked for 2 shakes med and small both same flavor one was straight milk and the other was the wrong flavor got them remade and the med was the wrong flavor and the small was just milk

So today I visited Baskin Robins got three scoops mixed oreo , Reese's and can't go wrong with Cookies and Cream topped with whipp cream and cherry boy oh boy it was delicious 🤤😋 tell.em. Nika sent you ❤️ def will be going back * Columbus *********

Google says they are open till 10 pm so Saturday night I took my daughter and nieces to get some ice cream it was 8:55 when I walked in. No one greeted us instead the girl at the register was huffing and puffing about us being there. Did not ask what I wanted to order or anything. Then just stared at me like she was lost when I started to order. Then we were told they close at 9 so we just left and ate our ice cream in the car because of how rude they all were. Then I see the drive thru is still open till 10 im assuming. Either way they were rude as hell.

Ice cream GOOD. employees BAD. The shift lead(I assume) Was rude to a girl who looked like she was new.The employees did not have their hair up with hairnets it is unsanitaryand unsafe. Also, you should not be wearing a drop shoulder shirt while working in a restaurant or food related shop. unsanitary! Also there should be a uniform. Other stores have their employees in uniform. All in all waste of time

In the drive thru we had the rudest girl taking our order. She was laughing and taking slang the whole time. When we pulled to the window she was dressed in pajamas and a bonnet! What kind of hood place is this? She asked for our order again and we had to repeat. Then when she brought it out, it was still wrong. Had an attitude. Basically threw the straws at us. No thank you or nothing after spending $30 there. Hire better people to represent your store.

Very rude staff and I was over charged for two people to eat ice cream the ice cream half way melted and didn’t take good at all and also wouldn’t give a refund at all

They had the "moms making cookies" ice cream one time when I went, and then they never had it again. It's still on the menu though. It's the only one I liked
Good for what they have. Business seemed clean and staff was nice. Have only been to this place 3 times, but the ice cream is good. The drive through menu is hard to read from my car (and I have 20/20 vision) so I have to go inside to order what I want.
