The attendant at the walk-in counter (I believe his name is Phil) was prompt in his greeting, thourough in his explanation of the coffee options, and just ovarall very accommodating. The coffee shop was fairly empty but inviting, comfy, and the loft was a nice touch. I will most definitely be back to visit as the tea i ended up choosing (Earl Grey w/ Lavender) was very good and, more importantly, hot.
