This has to be the worst BWW I have ever been in. I have tried over and over but no good. Service is the worst this is all the time. Best thing to happen is they close. No need for a bad experience restaurant because that’s what you get

Got there at 10:15 servers walk by me didn't greet or say anything. Finally I got somebody attention I told her I had a party of 15 she said ok 30mins. Put my name in the iPad. So around 11:15 I went in the restroom to ask the host was she going to sit me she said she had to go see what the server wanted to do. I'm looking at 2 servers saying they didn't want to wait on us. So I ask one of the ladies where was the manager she said in the back i ask could she get him she said he was busy. He finally came out and said they were done cooking and they didn't have servers to wait on us. This is the reason I stop coming to the columbus location unprofessional for one. The only reason I did because my cousin wanted to eat there for his birthday.

The appetizers were amazing. I got a sampler dish. The entré was a cheeseburger. It was overcooked. I didn't have my dog with me to give it to her.

Service here is usually really good. Good atmosphere and food always comes out at reasonable time. Tall light skin server dude needs a raise. Really good about checking make sure if we need anything and nice guy. Good experience

The food was slow getting out waited 45 min to get our order taken at 4:30 in the afternoon the food was cold and not worth the prices, I wouldn’t recommend going to the Columbus location.

Cheyenne was the best server ever I’d recommend getting her the next time any of yall go she’s polite, nice, very fast with taking orders didn’t have to wait long before my food came out
Place socks old fries and half of my order wasn't there . Staff wasn't in any rush to wait on people.

I placed a food order at 10:58 PM. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told by the to-go attendant that my order had been placed for the next day. I explained that this was incorrect, as my confirmation clearly showed the correct date and time. I asked to speak with the manager.
When the manager came out, several employees followed him and began explaining that the kitchen closes at 11 PM. I am from out of town, and Google indicates that the restaurant closes at 1 AM on Saturdays, so there was conflicting information. Despite this, the manager did not seem to know how to cancel or correct my order. The situation felt very unprofessional and poorly handled from start to finish.
