Very disappointed in visit on 3/31/25.Have eaten at Bullets many times over the years and was always pleased.This visit was terrible.The burger was not done and the fries were just laying in the bottom of the bag without a container.Very disappointed in the food and service.

I pulled up to order my food, and nobody answered. This was at 9 pm. Bullets close at 11 pm. I still got no answer, so I pulled up to the window. Someone finally noticed me. She came to the window, and I immediately started ordering. She said it would be a 20-minute wait because she didn't even have her equipment ready to cook. ? I could understand if it was 10:55pm and was about to close, but it was 9PM ...just didn't make sense!

They fried my food in some old grease and it taste like leftovers!! So not satisfied!!! I spend 30 dollars on that food!

Been sitting now for almost a 1/2 hour for one burger you and I know damn well it don’t take that long this is ridiculous they aren’t even busy and can’t seem to get it together hope the food is worth the wait… update ended up getting my money back because the women running the store portion were like you been here too long then the dude from the back want to come out as I’m getting my refund talking bout he had a long line… like bro I’ve been sitting here over 30 min you ain’t been busy just lazy what a shame cuz my hubby was excited to see that they were open 0 stars

Nice folks, HUGE and clean with a good product selection on the shelves. Burgers are quite good. Hot, fresh, tender biscuit and gravy.The bacon, egg, and cheese was...meh. Biscuit was dry and crumbly with little flavor, below even fast food standards.

Food is not that good...I went in on 11/10/23 to get lottery tickets at 2;25 pm, was told the girl that does them wouldn't be in til 4:00, there was 4 other workers in store..cigarette prices are higher than other stores..but the lottery is what really got me...there should be someone all day to do it..also...BBQ sandwiches are awful..
