I get the fried white fish, my husband gets baked white fish.
Me and my girlfriend waited 30 minutes after we paid to until we got our food. We pit our order in at 8:10pm and didnt get food until 8:45pm

After seeing the Lobster Feast advertised on TV, my friend and I decided to try an order. The order consists of 2 lobster rolls and a side of your choice. Captain D's has many side orders to chose from and we chose a baked potato. I was surprised that the lobster rolls were really good. The baked potato was also good and very hot. š„ The only thing that would make this order better is if the lobster rolls were larger, but for the price it's not a bad deal. The reason the service was not awarded 5 stars is because the butter and sour cream was originally left out of our to go order and we had to go back to get them.

Waited almost an hour for a to-go order and the servers are rude.
Thank you to my friend for sharing her food because I never received my order. Waited for over an hour, finally just asked for a refund. Other customers were also complaining of long waits.

I mean at this point, close this one down. The service is horrible. I love the food but itās always a hit or miss with this place, I have worked in fast food for years but you know the place isnāt as it should be if you sit in the drive thru for 30 mins. Totally not their problem but it is when the service is terrible. This also applies if you go inside for service, the wait is long. The food is a hit or miss, itās like theyāre working short & cooking more but not at the appropriate time so the fish at times tastes old. The managers do not manage they will see you walk in & look pass you while the worker is trying to run drive through & front counter. As a manager, you are never too good to take an order. And the back drive thru speaker does not work appropriately the workers seem to be upset because we can barely hear them & they can barely hear us. Please work on improving. Lunch time is a crucial period for all restaurants on Hwy45 but please become more prepared with the service as well as serving good quality foods at all times. Thanks!

Timely experience!!!! It took 23 minutes and 7 seconds to get a 2 go orderā¦
We ordered food separately. My fiod came out right away, but my friend was waiting. After 30 minutes, she went up and asked, and they said they canceled her order and was going to get it restarted.. we waited an additional 20 min. My friend ended up eating 1/2 what I ordered because they still hadn't dropped her food. She went back and asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't charge her card back because it's been over an hour. She said well I don't want the food been here over an hour, and she takes cash. They then gave her a cash refund and we left.

Warning: Do not order online, either walk in and order or go through the drive through. Do not order more than 2 meals at one time here, they do not know how to handle that without messing everything up.Hwy 45 location. Online order, 40 minutes from order time to getting my food, $68 for 4 meals and a gallon of tea.Food was mid to bad. Customer service was trash.The rest of this is just me complaining, proceed at your own risk.Never ate here before this. I ordered and paid online, showed up through the drive through 15-20 minutes after ordering thinking I could pick my food up through the window. I get told to āpull up frontā which I found out apparently translates to park in a parking spot in front of the building and we will bring the food to your car, which by itself would have been fine.After seeing a couple people come through the drive through, order their food, pay, and get their food while Iām still waiting I figured maybe they forgot about me, an honest mistake, so I went inside to check. Turns out, no they didnāt forget about me they just decided to cook for people that ordered after me first continuously and let me wait because apparently thatās just how they do things. So weāre over 20 minutes in at this point but I figure you know what maybe thereās something going on I donāt see so Iāll be patient and sit, despite my stomach singing for a different approach.I sat down and waited, and watched them repeat this process of fully servicing a couple people that come through the drive through while Iām still waiting, alongside another person who had apparently ordered online and was suffering the same fate as me, though she was clearly much angrier. At this point, after sitting there and running up the total wait time from order placement to over 40, yes FORTY minutes, while watching everyone else order and get their food, Iām thinking how in the world can you possibly not have my food ready but still be able to fry up and finish peopleās food that just walked in? I can hear them constantly sounding confused about what people ordered in the back but at this point it was just disrespectful. After my fellow sufferer, who I didnāt know but felt fully connected with through her rage, got up to ask them why theyāre doing this to us, right as she was about to start in on them finally my food comes out.After all the waiting of course the hush puppies and fries were soggy, they got the sides all mixed up, mac n cheese was over salted, I didnāt get my malt vinegar and when I asked about it only then did I get told they were out even though she assured me my sauces were in there before I double checked because I rightly just assumed they would be wrong. The fish, shrimp, stuffed crab, and chicken fingers were ok at best. Surprisingly the baked potatoe was actually pretty good though so thatās something I suppose.Pretty sure the workers in there do not care, and theyāre unorganized, and they canāt manage time on top of having zero respect for their customers time. I would understand if they were actually busy and trying but it really just felt more like they didnāt care. Nothing in that building has a 40 minute cook time. They were not that busy at all. That only happens when your staff is either failing or give up. Completely unprofessional. All this would have been forgiven if the food was at least banginā, because good food cures all, but alas I was left disappointed by that too.Please, whoever manages this location please look into spending time training your staff on customer service and time management. When two customers are in there waiting on two different orders for over 20 minutes the last thing your staff should be doing is firing up and serving other customers that just ordered, they should focus on and finish the late orders first with some umpf. I donāt know why the two online orders just got ignored for so long. I felt like my time got wasted worse than yāall having to read my long complaint, but at least you didnāt pay to read this.

I really love their blackened Tilapia. But they gave me the lemon pepper instead. Not very good.
